Semester I : Graphics, Editing, and Motion Graphics

Module 2: Motion Graphics and Compositing

This module explores the creation of cinematic effects and motion graphics utilizing advanced techniques in multi-layered, time-based compositions as it relates to both 2-D and 3-D applications. In this module, students will make advanced projects in motion graphics and compositing with the help of specialized motion graphics/compositing software.

Semester II – 3D Compositing and Visual Effects

Module 1: Visual Effects

This module will cover the basics of drawing, sketching, shading in animal and human anatomy, characters, and models. Students will gain hands-on experience in creating engaging and lifelike digital images, realistic animations, and extraordinary visual effects with Autodesk Maya 3D modeling, animation, and rendering software

Module 2: 3D Compositing

Students will create vast expanses of terrains, high-quality, photo-realistic 3D plants: hand-draw from scratch, assemble pre-made components or cust­omize existing models to fit the exact specifications, add trees, select the best point of view and render realistic images of the landscapes in different atmospheres with just a few mouse clicks
