Hello, my readers, welcome back to our blogs. Today we are here to share updates on one of the special workshop series on design thinking that our graphic design institute in Delhi organized recently. This special workshop series was conducted by Ravi sir who is one of our experts with expertise in UI, UX, web, data and machine learning.

ADMEC Multimedia believes that learning should not be limited to just classrooms and it should go beyond software training. That’s why we conduct a minimum of 2 special classes in a month to prepare our students for the rapidly growing creative industry.
About Our Special Design Thinking Workshops
Recently we organized a special 3-day-long workshop series on Design Thinking by Ravi sir. It had 3 parts and each part delivered a solid knowledge dose to all attendees.
This workshop helped students to think creatively and out of the box. Our expert guided students on how they can solve real-world problems. There was a special mention of the power of AI in conceptual design too.
Let’s now have a look at the process of how we conducted the workshop.
A Creative Part starts on 18th March from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
The very first part of this special series covered the fundamentals of design thinking. Under it, our expert Ravi sir introduced students to different types of design thinking approaches and how they all can be applied in the real design world.
Main Agenda Covered in Part 1:
- What is design thinking and its power
- Types of thinking with a focus on analytics thinking and creative thinking
- Introduction of various creative exercises and projects to students to better understand the concepts.
Although we already started providing AI-integrated graphic design courses and all students who joined our creative courses are well-awared with it. With this workshop, many new students understood the concept of AI in design. They enjoyed understanding how modern designers are actually combining with technology. Even our students of Machine Learning Courses in Delhi found it super helpful in getting innovative logics.
Part 1 actually created a solid foundation and ignited curiosity among students to think beyond classrooms and traditional methods.
Here are some highlights of our Part 1 Design Thinking Workshop:

Part 2 of the Design Thinking Workshop
The second part of the workshop was conducted on 26th March at 12 PM at the centre. With this 2nd part we moved forward for more design thinking concepts.
In this part, Promila Ma’am joined Ravi sir who has sound knowledge of commercial art and visual grammar. Her insights added great value and gave a clearer understanding to students on how design thinking is actually used in the Industry.

Main Agenda Covered in Part 2:
- This part focused on Lateral, Critical, and Business Thinking.
- The session also included various design thinking activities and exercises for students.
- Ravi sir gave some interactive activities to students like connecting dots without repetition, imagining a chair without legs, presenting a handbag without handles, etc.
This way, sir provided students a new angle to see things around them and develop innovative products out of it. It also helped students in design strategically without any guesses.
This kind of learning and knowledge is equally helpful for coding background students like who pursued front-end development course. It is because, these type of sessions focus deeply on the role of user experience and that is something we all have to focus on in the industry.
Special Star of February Month Announcement
At the end of Part 2 workshop, Ravi Sir announced theStar of Febuary month 2026. This award was for Tauseef Alamwho isone of our brilliant students of full stack development course in Delhi. He gave his best in his PHP & MySQL project, under the guidance of Ravi Sir.

Part 3 of Design Thinking Workshop
The last session of this special workshop series was concluded on 4th April. This session was full of deep understanding of concepts like how to be creative, the rules of creativity, and their practical application.
Along with this, students also participated in engaging activities like 30 Circles challenge exercise in which students have to transform the empty circles into unique characters or objects.
Additionally, the session also focused on real design assumptions to boost the ideation skills of students.
Some new students also joined us from the part 2 and they really liked it so they joined our workshop in part 3 as well.
Finally workshop ended successfully with great enthusiasm and encouraged students to think creatively without any common sense.

How These Workshops on Design Thinking Encourage Students at ADMEC Multimedia Delhi
All of the 3 parts of this special workshop series showed students a new way of looking at designs around them. We had a conversation with all attendees and found common feedback from all that this workshop has opened our eyes, and now students see things from a designer’s perspective.
So, yes, practicing design thinking exercises can actually transform the way students design and their creativity level.
