We all know that the creative industry is constantly evolving with each passing day. This is why it is very important to stay updated for designers and aspirants. But that also requires continuous exposure in various ways like in new technologies, artistic trends, and tools.

Our institute understands the concept of this need and that is why we often organize industrial visits for our students every year. This time, we attended the Image Today Asia 2026 and DPS Expo 2026 along with our students. The event took place from April 10th to 12th, 2026, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

This event was organized on a very large scale, and the exhibition looked like a hub of professionals coming from fields like photography, printing, videography, digital imaging, and signage industries.

For our ADMEC students, it was not only an exhibition visit but an overall real-world learning experience. This visit extended their learning far beyond classroom training.

Now, let’s talk about the key takeaways of this visit for our students.

What were the benefits of attending the Image Today Asia & DPS Expo 2026

1. A Practical Learning Experience Beyond the Classroom

Attending this expo with our students was really a constructive opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with real industry standards. It allowed our students to step into an actual professional environment where creativity connects with technology and innovation. All students observed how concepts they learned in class are applied in actual post-press processes. For example, output creation after applying trim marks, color separation, margin, bleed, etc.

This way, they understood the value of the graphic design classes they attend at the institute daily clearly.

Additionally, they also got a clear idea about various career options within the creative industry. Whether it can be graphic design, photography, video production, or digital printing, this event opened up new perspectives and possibilities for all. It surely also motivated all to think more creatively about their own projects.

2. Exposure to Advanced Technologies and Innovations

This exhibition was divided into different segments, including the India Frame & Gift Expo. The India Frame & Gift Expo displayed presentation techniques and customized gifting solutions.

There was a wide range of cutting-edge tools and technologies of different brands. All of them were presenting their latest professional lighting setups like high-tech mirrorless cameras for cinema, advanced editing systems, large-format digital printers, and innovative 3D signage work displays.

After visiting this expo all the print media course students got to know how their digital designs actually get printed in the form of banners, LED displays, photo albums, etc. This exhibition truly helped them to understand the real execution with the right materials, tools, and techniques.

3. Industry Insights

Our main reason to attend this expo was to gain experience and direct interaction with industry experts. The environment of the event was truly energetic and inspiring, totally filled with photographers, innovators, entrepreneurs and designers. Students had communication with the presented professionals there. They discussed their working process, latest market trends in the field and what kind of actual challenges they face. These conversations with them provided valuable insights to all students. The respected professionals shared their points on industry work process, project management, expectations of the client, and technological advancements. All this was very fruitful.

Such type of interactions not only improve the technical knowledge of our learners but also enhance their confidence. This expo also threw light on the importance of communication, adaptability, and continuous learning in building a successful creative career.

4. Understanding of Digital Print & Signage Ecosystem

The entire signage & digital print segment was really impressive and effective. We saw the displays of the newest developments and innovations in large-format printing, 3D visual displays, advertising, retail spaces, and architectural projects.

This section actually presented the multi-disciplinary standards and this is what designers need to adapt to these days. It is completely true that a designer is not just limited to a particular type of design like advertising or just packaging. Rather, he must have skills to work on a variety of products. And this is the reason, courses at ADMEC Multimedia Institute cover versatile modules as we know the trends of the industry.

Thanks to this expo as it encouraged all of our students to work more on their existing skills, upgrade them and think beyond the traditional boundaries. They returned with new inspirations, so many fresh ideas, and a better understanding of how to combine modern technology with their creative processes. It really motivated students to experiment, innovate, and push their creative limits.

5. Career Awareness and Future Opportunities

Another important plus point of this industrial visit was awareness about the career opportunities in the field of print and digital media. Students gained perception into different roles such as branding experts, visual designers, print specialists, production managers and photographers.

Conclusion of the Image Today Asia & DPS Expo 2026

At the last we can say that our industrial visit to the Image Today Aisa and DPS expo 2026 at Pragati Maidan along with our students resulted in an impactful learning experience. This kind of industrial exhibition really works like a bridge to fill the gap between classroom education and real industry practices. And that is why ADMEC Multimedia Institute always organizes such visits. This gives our students a perfect blend of industry-oriented training.

These types of initiatives reflect our commitment to provide the most extensive education to our students. Thanks to such exhibitions as they furnish our mission of making our students not only technically skilled but also practically sound, confident and well aware of the real industry.
