A Fun and Inspiring AI Workshop with Ravi Sir

We recently organized a workshop for our students on AI with Ravi sir. In this workshop, he taught some basic concepts about AI, like how it works and how you can use it appropriately. AI is a very helpful tool for us as it makes everything easy for us. In this AI workshop with Ravi sir, students learned about some amazing tools related to designing, web & app development, video editing, etc. This workshop guided students on how they can get most of their career courses and skills. We will mention the names of the tools below. 

What is AI? And Why Should We Care?

First of all, Ravi sir started the workshop by giving an introduction to the students about AI. He taught us how AI is helpful to us and the way it makes us work easier. (AI) It is a technology that allows machines to think or act like humans. Ai can solve any problem of yours, like it can solve maths equations, generate any image, and apps that create videos for you with just one word. This is what AI is and why we should care about it. In this workshop, we explored:

• Machine Learning 
• Natural Language Processing (NLP) 
• Computer Vision 
• Generative AI 

These terms might look difficult to understand but the examples and stories Ravi sir gave during the workshop made them easy to understand. 

Cool AI Tools discussed in the AI Workshop by Ravi Sir 💡

Now here comes the most interesting part of the workshop exploring new and amazing AI tools. Ravi sir gave AI tools for each field like designing, video editing, digital marketing, etc.

1. AI tools for Graphic & Multimedia design  

1. Adobe Firefly – In this tool, you can generate images or designs by simply specifying your requirements.
2. DALL.E – This ai tool is created Open AI that can convert text into realistic images or artworks. This tool is preferable for people who like to create images and illustrations. 
3. Midjourney – In this tool you can ask AI to generate images related to your requirements. For this you have to write a short prompt to this tool. 
4. Canva AI – This tool is created by Canva. In this tool you can generate images or edit them according to your need. You can create social media posts, banners, posters, etc. through this.  

2. AI tools for Web & App Development 

1. GitHub Copilot – This tool is great for the students who are learning coding. This tool suggests you code as you type and makes it faster and easier for you. 
2. ChatGPT – This is an AI tool that provides you with all the information and helps you in debugging the code. Through this tool you can solve problems, write content, and can generate images. 
3. Replit AI – This is basically an online platform where you can build and run apps easily and quickly. This tool can also fix the bug and can explain your code too. 

3. AI tools for Video Editing & Animation 

1. Runway ML – This is a magical AI tool used for video editing like you can remove background, add effects, and make new videos too by writing a prompt. 
2. Adobe Sensei – This is an AI built in adobe apps like Premiere pro and Photoshop. Through this tool you can edit videos by AI automatically, and also suggest creative ideas for your video.  
3. Kaiber – This is an AI tool that can turn images into animated videos. This tool is mostly used for video editing, music videos, social media content, and amazing storytellin. 

4. AI tools for Data Analytics 

1. Tableau with GPT – This tool helps you to ask questions related to data in easy language. It also shows answers to your questions in easy-to-read charts and graphs. 
2. Microsoft Copilot – This tool is helpful for the people who work on excel, word, other options of microsoft as it helps to create and summarize reports easily. 

5. AI tools for Digital Marketing 

1. Jasper -  This tool helps you in creating content for your social media ads, blog posts, and product descriptions. You can create engaging content with this tool and this will save your time as well.
2. Copy.ai – This tool also works the same as the above tool it also helps you to generate content. You just have to mention your requirements and it will generate the content accordingly. 
3. Surfer SEO – This tool is best for the beginners as it will suggest keywords for your blogs and website. It also helps you to make a structure of your content so that more people can find you. 

6. AI tools for Architecture and Interior Design 

1. LookX AI – This tool helps architects and interior designers get new ideas quickly. You just have to enter your project needs and it will show you beautiful designs. 
2. Planner 5D AI – It’s useful for the people who want to design rooms and houses in 3D. It also suggests layouts for the decoration and to make the spaces appear modern and stylish. 

Learning all these AI tools is a very new and exciting thing. They make your work easier, faster, and save your time as well.

Mastering the Art of Prompt Writing 📝

AI will provide you the answer they way you will write a prompt to it. In this workshop Ravi Sir also taught how you should write an appropriate prompt to AI. He introduced the concept of prompt writing in which he said that prompt is kind of an instruction or command we gave to AI. 

To write a good prompt keep these a few things in mind: 

1. Context – What’s the background like on what topic you are giving instruction you should mention that properly. 
2. Clear Instructions – This means you have to write a prompt properly with all the details mentioned in it. 
3. Examples – For better results you can give examples to AI for its better understanding. 
4. Constraints – This means a final and a very important detail like how many words you want the content, what kind of image you want, etc. 

  As you know, even a small change in the prompt can change the output from the AI tool. It’s all about writing a good prompt. 

Learning with AI is a very interesting thing because AI helps you think creatively and make your work look more engaging. This is the reason, we have included GenAI in all of top courses.
