Hello, I Deepika Kanojia, working as a student coordinator and admin at ADMEC. I'm having an obligation to perform the following tasks:
- Conducting orientation for new students every month.
- Issuing Student ID cards and Library cards.
- Preparing various reports - attendance, performance, event/ activities etc.
- Conducting and preparing records of assessments for all the students.
- Releasing diploma/ certificate after successful course completion.
- Maintaining discipline in institute premises.
- Making sure that all the classes start on time.
- Addressing complaints from students regarding their classes, study material, timings etc.
- Maintaining accurate and complete student records as required by administrative regulations.
- Scheduling staff and parents’ meetings.
- Assisting Admin Head and Director in institute events.
- Encouraging students after course completion to prepare the resume and necessary documents for interviews.
