SUMMARY:Outdoor Sketching Sessions 2025
DESCRIPTION:Training at ADMEC Multimedia Institute is not limited to classrooms only. We give freedom to our students to step out of the walls of their classes and experience the world of designing under an open sky. That’s why we organize special sessions for outdoor learning. This year\, too\, we conducted the Outdoor Sketching Sessions 2025 in the winter season. \nOur commercial art instructors\, Promila Mam and Sahil Sir\, joined the students to guide them on how to observe everything like an artist. \nInstructors guiding Students\nOverview of 3-Day Outdoor Sketching Sessions 2025\n\nDuration: 03 Days\nDates: 1st\, 2nd & 3rd December\nInstructors: Mrs Promila Dhanderwal and Mr. Sahil Kumar\, our professionals in commercial art.\nParticipants: Around 20-25 students from different designing courses attended all three sessions enthusiastically. They brought pencils\, colors\, and sketchbooks to capture the beauty of nature. The environment became full of creative energy.\nSessions Location: Rohini District Park\, Sector 9\, Delhi – 110085\n\nDay-by-Day Highlights of Outdoor Learning\nDay-1 Capturing the Moment\nOn day 1\, our instructors guided students to capture one of the scenes from the wide view of the district park. The park was so large with various beautiful spots to pick for artwork creation. \n \nThe very first skill that students learned on day 1 was detailed observation of surroundings. Every student learned how to capture live scenes and selected the best possible spot to start their sketching. \nAdditionally\, our mentors guided students on photography that covered concepts like how to take with proper framing\, angles\, and perspectives. \nTrainers guiding students on Photography\nFor the first day\, all students were asked to create pencil sketches of the scenes they selected. The main part was to maintain the right perspective\, angle\, and proportions in the sketching.  \nInstructors Working on Artwork\nOur trainers presented live sketching and shading using various types of pencils. They taught how to draw shadows and highlights in the artwork. Students followed their instructions\, and their results were amazing. \nSome of the works from day 1 of the outdoor session 2025\nMayank’s Work\nAnjali’s & Varun’s Work\nDay-2: From Sketch to Color\nNow\, day 2 started\, and it brought colors with it. All the students were ready with pencils and colors in their hands to create 2nd artwork. This time\, students were asked to draw a new scene with colored pencils instead of plain black and white sketching. \nBoth trainers helped students to understand the concepts of color blending and shading using colored pencils. \nSome of the works from day 2 of the outdoor session 2025 \nAnjali Day 2 Outdoor Work\nDay 3 Painting & Final Touches\nOn the final day\, students had to use different colors of painting like watercolors\, poster colors\, and acrylic colors.  \nStudents working with Acrylic Paints\nThis was a bit challenging in the beginning\, but with the right training from our art mentors\, it became easier for students.  \nStudents experimented with paint brushes\, applied different strokes and textures to their artwork. And the results were outstanding. \nSome of the works from day 3 of the outdoor session 2025\nAnjali Day 3 Outdoor Work\nMayank Day 3 Outdoor Work\nVarun Day 3 Outdoor Work\nWhy These Outdoor Art Visualization Sessions Matter?\n\nVisual Observation Training: From day 1\, students started learning practical implementation of visual observation\, photography\, and sketching techniques. This later became more advanced with colors and creativity for students. \nHolistic Learning: These sessions gave students a chance to learn together with nature. They understood various concepts from perspective\, light\, shadow\, proportion\, sketching\, to painting.\nConfidence Building: The main thing that every student gained was confidence in their visualization skills. They are now capable of capturing a scene\, sketching\, and painting it on their own.\n\nFinal Thoughts on Outdoor Session\n\nOur outdoor sketching sessions came to an end on the last day\, i.e.\, 3rd December 2025. All the sessions were packed with creativity\, fun\, and exploration of new skills\, with a new learning experience for all. \nStudents loved these sessions as they got the chance to sketch and paint the beauty of nature in a warm environment. \nYou can also explore some of our previous outdoor sketching sessions to see how we conduct these classes for the students every year.

SUMMARY:Visit to the 16th Print Pack Exhibition 2025\, Noida\, India
DESCRIPTION:Industry visits are core elements of our training as they help in providing real-world exposure to the students. The 16th Print Pack Exhibition 2025 in Noida was one such visit. This exhibition visit was especially planned for our design students. It presented a gallery of the latest packaging\, printing\, and production technologies to students. They get to know about the systematic approach of our Indian print industry.\n\nAll of our computer courses students registered for this exhibition in advance. Our senior trainers Deepak Sir and Nishu Sir along with lab-in-charge Nitesh\, also joined them. \n \nMost of the students joined our trainers from the institute and the reporting time was 11:00 AM at the exhibition centre. We stayed at the exhibition centre till 6:00 PM and explored all the printing machines\, stalls\, and live demonstrations. \n \nAbout the 16th Print Pack Exhibition 2025\n \nSource: IntraPac India \nThis 16th Print Pack exhibition comes under the IntraPac India editions of packaging exhibitions by IPAMA. It was held from 10th to 13th December 2025 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida. \nThis was a mega event where we witnessed the showcase of various packaging solutions and machinery. SUMMARY:Mega Design Competition 2025 at ADMEC Multimedia Institute
DESCRIPTION:ADMEC Multimedia Institute successfully organized the Mega Design Competition 2025 which was a two days long design competition. It started on the 29th and ran until the 30th of December. \nWe conducted this mega contest to test different skills of our students from design approach\, rapid visualization\, adaptability\, teamwork\, communication\, to presentation skills. It is indeed one of our unique design events that has multiple rounds\, points-based selection and elimination.  \nA total of 31 students participated in this competition with great enthusiasm from all of our creative courses. We included students from Graphic Design\, UI/UX\, Animation\, Video\, and Multimedia programs. \nNow we have a detailed day-wise breakdown of the entire contest. \nThe Creative Mega Design Competition 2025 Begins \nDay 1 (29th December)\nThe competition started at sharp 9:00 AM with lots of excitement and curiosity on the faces of students. There were two rounds in 1st day and one of them was an elimination round with 50% students eliminated from the competition. \nWe informed students that the competition would progress through elimination rounds and guided them to design smart\, think fast\, and manage time effectively.  \nRound 1: Rapid Visual Thinking\n\nDuration: 45 Minutes\nType: Individual Round\n\nWe gave one abstract word or emotion to students and asked them to visually express it through any format\, like: \n\nHand sketch\nDigital illustration\nMinimal poster\n\nRules of the round:\n\nUse only 2 colors at max\nDon’t add any text\nUse any medium like sketch\, painting\, or digital layout\n\nRavi Sir & Promila Mam explaining the design topic to students on Day 1\nThis round was like a warm-up round and tested the quick visualization skills of students. We saw many students perform it brilliantly and almost all of them tried their best to qualify for this first round. Almost all students presented their visual clarity and unique imagination.  \nRound 2: Design Under Constraints\n\nDuration: 90 Minutes\nType: Individual Round\n\nNow the second round started and brought a practical design brief for all students. We gave a design theme to students with two constraints. There were some random constraints placed inside folded chits in a big bowl. We asked each student to pick any two constraints from that bowl and design according to them. \nThis part made the contest a little challenging for all. \nRecommended output designs included:\n\nPoster\nUI screen\nSocial media reel and ads\n\nBoth rounds had their points that we calculated for every student to prepare the list of top-qualified students from Round 1 and Round 2. Out of 31 students we selected 17 students and 14 students were eliminated. Points of eliminated students were carried forward to selected students. \nList of Qualified Students of Day 1\nAfter careful observation and evaluation the following students moved ahead in the competition. Here’s the list: \n\n\n\nS.no\nQualified Student\nPoints Scored\n\n\n1\nMayank\n44/50\n\n\n2\nPreeti\n42/50\n\n\n3\nRitesh\n40/50\n\n\n4\nMankirat\n38/50\n\n\n5\nMani\n36/50\n\n\n6\nAnjali\n35/50\n\n\n7\nAbhishek\n29/50\n\n\n8\nZahid\n28/50\n\n\n9\nDhiraj\n28/50\n\n\n10\nAnkur\n27/50\n\n\n11\nAkash\n25/50\n\n\n12\nRahul Baluni\n25/50\n\n\n13\nAarti\n23/50\n\n\n14\nVarun\n23/50\n\n\n15\nRiya\n22/50\n\n\n16\nSateesh\n22/50\n\n\n17\nMohan\n21/50\n\n\n\nAll the qualified students showed satisfactory performance\, strong concepts\, and time management in the first two rounds on Day 1st of our Mega Design Competition 2025. \nDay 2 – Final Stages (30th December)\nThe 2nd day of the competition covered up the most exciting phase with two unique rounds and elimination among the 17 selected students. \nRound 3: Collaborative Design Sprint\n\nDuration: 2–2.5 Hours\nType: Team Round\n\nWe divided the qualified students into mixed teams of three students. In way we tried our best to maintain a cross-disciplinary collaboration in each team. \nWe follow this formula:  \n1 Graphic student + 1 UI/UX student + 1 Animation and Video student = a collaborative team \nWhat was the main task?\nSelected students had to create a complete brand identity campaign for a youth-focused app or product. \nRecommended Outputs (Any 2):\n\nBrand logo + color palette\nUser interface of the brand’s app landing screen \n10-second motion graphics/storyboard\nInstagram post or reel cover design\n\nOne of the Teams working in Round 3 on Day 2\nThe Twist\nThe twist entered the middle of round 3rd and surprised the students with the part called “client changes”. It was introduced to students to give them an idea of how a client can change the designs midway and what they need to do to handle this. This change forced the teams to adjust quickly. We did it to test the ability to work under real agency pressure\, the flexibility\, and teamwork skills of our students. \nWe selected the top 6 students based on their performance from this round 3rd. \nThese students were: \n\nPreeti Bandhari\nDhiraj Kumar\nMani Kumar\nDeepak Tiwari\nRitesh Gupta\nSayyid Zahid Ahmed\n\nTop 6 Finalist of Mega Design Competition\nRound 4: Design Pitch\nThis was the final round and the final test of the selected students. Now in this design pitch round students had to perform the following tasks: \n\nSelect one of their previous works and improve it\nPrepare a 2-minute design pitch and present it to the jury\n\nThe presentation part took place on 31st December before the award ceremony. \nEach finalist explained the following as part of their design pitch: \n\nTheir problem\nTheir idea\nDesign decisions\nWhy their design works for their audience\n\nPresentation by one of the finalists on the award Ceremony day\nThis round evaluated communication skills\, confidence\, and topic clarity that were beyond visuals.  \nWinners of Mega Design Competition 2025\nOur experts observed everything thoroughly during the contest and made their decision based on a few parameters. These were: \n\nConcept & originality\nProblem-solving\nVisual balancing and design efficiency\nCommunication\nTime management\n\nSo\, we now have the names of our winners.  \n\n1st Position: Preeti\, our student of the Graphic Master Course\n2nd Position: Deepak\, student of Post Production Master\n3rd Position: Dheeraj\, student of the UX UI design diploma \n\nWinners of the Mega Design Competition\nAll winners were awarded with shining trophies and certificates. There was a special cash prize of Rs. 2500/- for the 1st rank holder\, Preeti Bhandari.  \nEnding words on the Mega Design Competition 2025\nThe Mega Design Competition 2025 ended the year with success. It provided a platform to all of our students to showcase their skills and get industry exposure.  \nThis event was more than just a contest; it was an eye-opener design challenge to help students in facing their weaknesses\, handle pressure\, and work in collaboration. \nLet’s hope to come back with another Mega Design Competition next year.

SUMMARY:Stars of December Month 2025
DESCRIPTION:The series of 2025 Star of the Month awards finally ended with the announcement of Star of December on 31st December. This day was very special for the whole ADMEC team as we organized our annual award ceremony and honored the top outstanding students who performed excellently throughout the year. \nThe Star of December Month 2025 is not awarded to an individual student; rather\, we have two awardees for this title this time.\nBefore we announce the names of our stars of December\, let’s first have a look at the names of all nominated students who competed with each other. \nNominated Students for the Star of December Award 2025\n\nAnushka Sharma for the Illustrator project on TVARIKA\nDeepak Tiwari for showcasing an excellent After Effects project\nSyed Zahid Ahmed for his motion graphics project\nSakina Vanak for Housing_analysis_EDA project in Python\nVarun for his Commercial Art work\nRahul Bhaluni for manual art assignments\n\nStar of December Month 2025 Winners\nIt’s time to meet our stars and know what makes them different from other nominees. \nThe Award goes to Anushka Sharma & Zahid!\nStars of November and December 2025: From Right Zahid\, Anuksha\, and Akash\nThis is the first time in 2025 that we have awarded two students for the SOM. Both Zahid and Anushka showed impressive performance in their respective software applications. Let’s know about them one by one. \nStar Student – Anushka Sharma\nAnushka Sharma is our Graphic Master Plus diploma student who joined the training at the beginning of 2025. She has successfully completed all of her course modules\, and Illustrator was her last application. She got a 2-week project in her Illustrator batch from Nishu sir. Her brand type was skin care\, and she selected TVARIKA as her brand name. She created a complete brand identity campaign for this skin care brand\, TVARIKA. Not only did she complete it beautifully\, but she also submitted it on time. \nHave a look at her Illustrator Project on TVARIKA. \nStar Student – Syed Zahid Ahmed\nAnother star student is Zahid\, who is studying video editing and motion graphics under one of our post production courses. Zahid is from Odisha and came to Delhi to join ADMEC for his training. \nHe learned Illustrator\, Photoshop\, Premiere Pro\, and After Effects\, and made projects in all of these applications. But his After Effects assignments are no doubt the most improved ones among all of his other projects. \nHe portrayed smooth design and motion graphics skills in his recently completed project on motion graphics in After Effects. Another special quality of Zahid is his calm nature. He listens to his mentors very carefully and tries to implement their teachings in his work.\nBoth of the students showed their exceptional efforts and thus deserve to be the stars of December month 2025. \nWhy Two Stars This Month?\nTraditionally\, ADMEC selects one student every month for this recognition. However\, in December work\, the quality submitted by the best performers\, Anushka\, Zahid\, is equally impactful. Thus\, it wasn’t easy to select one out of them. Thus\, our instructors chose to honor them both with the SOM award. \nA Few Words from the Stars of December\nAnushka Sharma says:\nI am truly very happy to receive the SOM title and would like to thank Ravi sir for selecting me for this award. Thank you\, everyone\, for adding this special moment in my learning journey. My Illustrator project on TVARIKA will always remain exceptional for me\, as I learned a lot while working on it. Nishu sir\, thank you too for teaching me Illustrator. Now that my course has been completed and I’ve started my internship\, I would recommend all students who are in 12th or college to join ADMEC because here you will get skills and work opportunities at the same time. \nZahid says:\nHello everyone\, I’m Sayed Zahid Ahmed from Odissa. I’m taking training in graphic design\, video editing\, and motion graphics. I’ve seen many students getting the SOM award when I started my course journey. I used to ask myself that how I would get this award and become a star student. But then Deepak sir provided me the real path and guided me to work as per the industry standards. With my last application completed\, I’ve got the shining trophy of Star of the Month. My dream finally came true. Thank you ADMEC. \nCongratulations! \nVery congratulations to both Anushka and Zahid on becoming Stars of December 2025 once again. The whole ADMEC family wishes you growth and continued success.

SUMMARY:Star of the Year Awards 2025 at ADMEC Multimedia Institute
DESCRIPTION:Do you know how we grow as learners? We grow when we feel emotionally safe and that happens with appreciation. Our team understands it very well and that is why we introduced several awards like the Star of the Month and Star of the Year Awards. These awards bring a chance to recognize the silent efforts and hard work made by our students in their learning journey. The SOY or Star of the Year Awards 2025 ceremony is a big example of it. \nJudging Criteria for Nominating Students for SOY Awards\nIt isn’t a simple task to prepare results for the SOY awards. We decide it mutually with the involvement of all of our departments\, from administration\, teaching\, to commercial art. All of our experts sit together and analyze the performance of hundreds of ongoing students\, and then only we pick the names of the top deserving ones. \nRavi Sir With Other Faculty\nWe consider several grounds to measure the performance of students from the day they joined the course. Some of the main questions that we ask ourselves are: \n\nHow regular are the students in the classes?\nHow is their behaviour and attitude in the institute?\nWhat is the participation rate of students in our events or extracurricular activities at the center?\nWhat is the status of projects?\nHow efficiently did the students submit their classroom assignments and projects?\n\nThe answers to the above questions build the basis of our results. \nAdditionally\, we give direct entry to all Star of the Month awardees in SOY nominations. \nNominees for Star of the Year 2025\nThis time we nominated the top 7 students out of hundreds of learners. Their names and courses are listed below: \n\nMani (UX Master Plus)\nPriyal (Graphic Master Plus)\nPreeti (Graphic Master)\nRitesh (Graphic master Plus)\nLeena (Data Analytics Master)\nDeepak (Post production master)\nAkshay (Architect Master)\n\nNominees of SOY 2025\nLet’s now reveal the winners’ names. \nAnd the Stars of the Year 2025 Are\nThis time\, we have all three girls selected to lift the trophies of SOY 2025. It was really a proud moment to have them on the podium. In last year’s Star of the Year award 2024\, all three rank holders were boys\, and this year\, we had girls. \nAre you ready to know about our stars? Let’s meet them. \n1st Rank goes to Preeti Bhandari (Graphic Master Course Student)\nPreeti Bhandari is our 8-month graphic design course graduate. She has successfully completed her training in December 2025. \nWe had many reasons to select Preeti for 1st rank. \nPreeti delivered exceptional design skills in all of her projects from Photoshop to Illustrator. Not only this but she also secured multiple titles like best performer in Digital Painting Competition 2025\, Star of November 2025\, and Mega Design Competition winner with a cash prize of Rs. 2500/-. \nShe is among a very few students who have received multiple awards in their course span. Another interesting thing is that she never missed any extracurricular activity or event at the centre. All these reasons clearly make Preeti the strongest candidate for 1st Rank. \n2nd Rank goes to Leena Sharma (Data Analytics Course Student)\nThe silver trophy with 2nd rank goes to Leena. She is one of our talented Data Analytics Course graduates. \nLeena earned her data analytics skills under our 8-month-long program. She attended all sessions in early morning or late evening batches as she was also working side by side. Leena had a tight working schedule\, but still she never quit learning. \nNot only this\, Leena has already lifted the trophy of Star of March 2025 for her Power BI project. Even Ravi sir praises Leena a lot as she dedicatedly completed her training under his guidance. He says that “Leena is an intelligent student and have sharp learning skills.” \nRavi Sir Announcing Leena as Star of March\nCurrently\, Leena is working as a Data Analyst at Export Genius. Congratulations Leena for securing the 2nd rank. \n3rd Rank goes to Priyal Aggarwal (Graphic Master Plus Course)\nLast but not least\, meet with Priyal Aggarwal. She is our shining student of the Graphic Master Plus Course. Priyal secured the 3rd position in the Star of the Year 2025 and got a shiny bronze trophy.\n\nAnother milestone of Priyal is becoming Star of the Month twice. Only 5-6 students could do it in the last 18 years. Priyal lifted the trophies of both Star of December 2024 and Star of April 2025 for her Illustrator and Sketchbook Pro Projects. \nJust like Preeti\, Priyal is also among the top active participants in our extracurricular activities. All this led her to the SOY 2025 award. \nSOY 2025 Awards Ceremony Highlights\nThis ceremony was special as it covered up the results of both the SOY and the Mega Design Competition 2025. We announced the MDC results first\, then revealed the names of the SOY winners. \nAll the winners were very happy to receive honors with certificates and prestigious trophies. Our mentors congratulated them and gave them blessings to do well in the future as well. \nThe ceremony concluded with a warm message from Ravi sir to all students. \nRavi Sir sharing his message with Students\nConclusion on Stars of the Year Awards 2025\nSo\, that’s it about our Star of the Year Awards. This event was amazing for all of us. We got the chance to appreciate the efforts of our talented students. This ceremony also inspired the new students as they saw the champions with trophies. \nWe feel that this is the best way to create a positive learning atmosphere in any training arena. Such awards support the growth of students and motivate them to do their best in everything. At the end\, we openly take a pledge to continue encouraging students through our training.
