SUMMARY:Poster Design Competition 2022
DESCRIPTION:Healthy competitions and design events inspire the students to showcase skills\, learn to work with others like a team\, evaluate the outcomes and enhance their overall personality. \nApart from this\, by participating in the design events\, students feel motivated to push them a more. This is what makes them strong enough to establish a successful career after completing their courses. \nPoster Design Competition at ADMEC is a part of events and competitions that take place at ADMEC every month. It conducted on 12th October 2022. \nWe conducted this design competition to evaluating their designing as well as management skills. It was a full day event which started at 10 am and completed at 6 PM. \nOur management department played an amazing role to organize this event successfully. \nMr. Nishu Tomar and Mr. Deepak Bhadauria were the respected mentors for the teams. \nObjective of the Poster Design Competition 2022\nThe main objective for this competition is to offer opportunities to the every student to express their point of views through the poster designs and also enhance their creativeness and their skills. \nIt also give chance to students from several of backgrounds (animation\, graphic\, web\, postproduction\, etc.) to take part in and do the work together as a team. \nTopic for the Poster Design Competition Oct 2022\nThe topic we gave to our students was “Age Fraud in Sports”.  We chose this topic because age fraud in sports has become a serious issue in our country. We can witness age fraud in sports very commonly. Some of the participants fake their age to participate in a particular age criteria in state level or district level competitions with the help of fake age certificates. Even though the committees check all the details thoroughly the fraudsters somehow manage to get selected. We tried to shed the light on this topic by giving this topic to our students. \nPresenting this issue in the form of a poster design will encourage the people to stop following it. \nJudging Criteria for Poster Design\nOur experts judge the teams on the following basis \nTeam and file management (15 marks) \n\nTeam management (10 marks)\nAttendance (5 marks)\n\nProject management (65 marks) \na. She was the most active leader throughout the competition and held the highest number of the team meetings to guide her teammates. \nCongratulations Akanksha! \nBest Team Presentation: Gehna Kapoor  \nPresentation is one of the most important parts of any type of competition and project. As a team representative Gehna did a really fantastic job. She briefly explained all the team ideas\, layouts\, and final project and made a very good impression on all the mentors and teams. Because of her way of presentation\, we selected Gehna for this award. \nWell done Gehna! \nBest Performer of the Competition: Jiya Thakurathi \nAlthough every student shown their skills very well during the competition but Jiya was the star of the event as she designed her team project file with well finishing. This played a big role in the victory of her team too. She stole the show with her beautifully and neatly designed file. DESCRIPTION:Among all the events and award ceremonies\, Star of the Month award has an important place since it is designed to celebrate the biggest achievers who worked hard throughout the month with a goal to become a better version of them as learners. \nEvery month we bring this award to show recognition to the students for their exceptional learning skills and efforts in projects and classroom assignments. \nThe selection benchmarks of this award are very simple. Anyone with a determined will power can achieve the title of Star of the Month. Our respected faculty members had gone through the projects she made and commercial arts thoroughly. They found her deserving for this award for various reasons and marked that she is quite active not only in computer sessions but also in special workshops and other events at institute. \nLet’s know more about Sakshi Goel \nAbout Star of the Month September 2022\nSakshi Goel had selected Graphic Master Plus course which is a 12 months long diploma graphic design course. She has joined us a few months back and shown an outstandingly performance in a very short amount of time. She made a complete campaign on traveling agency. Also\, she prepared a scrap file to present her planning and ideal layouts in a very detailed manner. \nSakshi also performed very well in recently conducted Poster Design Competition 2022. She was in Team C (Golden Angles). Not only this\, she also participated in Rangoli making at institute for Diwali celebration. \nFeedback from our Star of the Month September 2022\n \nHello everyone\, \nMy name is Sakshi Goel and I am currently a part of ADMEC Multimedia Institute as a graphic design student. My diploma program’s name is Graphic Master Plus. It’s a 1 year graphic design course offered by ADMEC Multimedia Institute\, Delhi. \nI feel very overwhelmed to receive this “Star of the month September 2022” award for my design project. I am immensely thankful to the ADMEC Multimedia Institute for organizing these kinds of events to motivate the students to do more better in life and work hard to achieve their goals. \nI would also like to thank my mentor Nishu sir who guided me through every step of my project. Without his help I wouldn’t be able to receive this Star of the Month title. \nAlso I would like to thank my commercial arts teacher Promila mam as she put light on the inner design concepts and shown us the path of making a unique design. \nNow\, last but not the least I would like to thank everyone at this graphic design institute to help me achieve this title.
