The primary objective of this industrial visit to printing press 2023 was to provide the students with a first-hand experience of the intricate processes involved in the world of printing\, including printing\, cutting\, binding\, and lamination. \nObjectives of Visit\nThis opportunity not only deepened their understanding of the field but also allowed them to witness the seamless integration of design and production. \nThe visit was especially beneficial for the students pursuing a diploma in graphic design in Delhi at ADMEC\, as it provided them with a unique insight into the nuances of offset printing\, which is a widely used technique in the printing industry. \nIt allowed them to connect the dots between their creative work on the computer screen and the tangible results produced at the press. This hands-on experience was an eye-opener for the students\, enabling them to appreciate the practical aspects of their field. \nWhat students learned in this industrial visit to printing press\nThe visit was structured to cover the entire printing process\, encompassing pre-press\, press\, and post-press stages. \n1. Pre-Press\nThe students were introduced to the pre-press stage\, which involves the preparation and finalization of materials before they are sent to the printing press. This stage includes tasks such as image processing\, color separation\, and proofing. The students witnessed how digital files\, designed in the classroom\, are meticulously prepared for the actual printing process. They gained a new appreciation for the attention to detail required to ensure the accurate reproduction of designs. \n2. Press\nThe heart of the printing press is undoubtedly the press itself. During this phase of the visit\, students observed the complex machinery in action. They saw how the designs they had created were transferred onto various materials like paper and cardboard using offset printing technology. This process involves precise registration of colors\, the application of ink\, and the mechanical precision necessary to ensure that every print is consistent and of high quality. \n3. Post-Press\nIn the post-press phase\, students delved into the final steps that transform printed sheets into finished products. This phase includes cutting\, binding\, and lamination\, among other processes. The students were able to witness the intricacies of cutting machines\, binding equipment\, and lamination processes. They saw how these techniques added the final touch to the printed materials\, making them ready for distribution and use. \nThe industrial visit not only offered a comprehensive view of the printing process but also highlighted the importance of teamwork\, coordination\, and quality control in a printing press. SUMMARY:Print & Media Expo Visit to Pragati Madan 2024
DESCRIPTION:At ADMEC we want our students to feel comfortable in the classroom and real-world application. This is the reason whenever possible we conduct outside visits to industries\, galleries\, and exhibitions. Recently we visited a Media Expo at Pragati Maidan\, Delhi. Our core purpose behind conducting this industry tour was to make our students understand the standards\, new technologies\, and work processes of the media industry. \nWhy is participating in industry visits important for students?\nNowadays people are more into practical learning than theoretical knowledge so that kind of outing shows the practical world what students going to face. And that is precisely why we take children to colleges\, exhibitions\, art galleries\, printing presses\, and industry visits—because they grasp concepts more quickly through hands-on\, visual learning experiences. We aim for them to absorb every aspect of knowledge related to advanced software courses\, current trends\, and more. The digital world knows no boundaries; it offers limitless possibilities for those with creative minds to perceive and interpret the world in unique ways. \nThis visit provided a real-world experience to all students and benefits all of especially those who are pursuing Diploma Courses in Graphic Design in Delhi at ADMEC. \nGroup of ADMEC teachers and students excited to be a part of the Media Expo at Pragati Madan in New Delhi\nApproximately 45 students joined the tour and in charge of the trip were Deepak sir\, Promila mam\, and Sahil sir who are design & commercial art experts. \nWhat students discovered while visiting the Media Expo at Pragati Madan?\nADMEC’s team of teachers and students exploring the Media Expo\nThis Media Expo presented an exhibition of approx. 125 exhibitors coming from different corners of India (Data from printweek.in). It was the best learning opportunity for all students to see their work process live. They observed the working of various kinds of machines and printing technologies that are going to dominate the industry in the next few years. Students were amazed by the wide range of machines and technologies that were used for making advertising including signage\, indoor designs\, outdoor advertising\, digital printing\, etc. \nConcluding observations\nThe whole process of the industry visit to the Media Expo at Pragati Maidan\, Delhi\, was a great success. The visit not only expanded the views of the students of ADMEC’s Graphic Design students but also highlighted the importance of adaptable education that includes hands-on experience. \nStudents are now full of confidence and motivation with their valuable experience on the tour. This cherished event is a much-anticipated occasion\, aimed at fostering camaraderie and creating lasting memories among the entire ADMEC family. \nDeparture and Journey\nOn a bright and cheerful morning\, the ADMEC community assembled at the institute at 9 am\, excited and ready for a day full of adventure and enjoyment. The journey to Camp Deva Farms was filled with laughter and spirited camaraderie\, as students and staff engaged in games like Dumb Charades and Antakshari aboard the bus. It was a delightful way to kick off the day. \nArrival at Camp Deva Farms\nAt 10 am\, the group reached Camp Deva Farms\, where they were greeted by the vibrant beats of dhol music\, setting the tone for the day ahead. After a hearty breakfast\, everyone was raring to go and participate in a wide range of activities that the camp had to offer. \nA Day of Thrills and Adventures\nThe day was brimming with thrilling experiences\, offering something for everyone. The activities included camel rides and camel cart rides\, tractor rides\, bull rides\, ziplining\, conquering the commando net and hurdles\, rock climbing\, archery\, pottery\, dart shooting\, and dancing to the lively tunes played by the DJ and dhol. The camp provided an opportunity for all to leave their comfort zones behind\, jump into some new things\, and discover hidden talents. \nNot only were the adventurous activities a highlight\, but traditional games like tug of war\, badminton\, volleyball\, and cricket brought out the competitive spirit in everyone. The “sky cycle” activity\, a particular favorite\, allowed participants to pedal high above the ground\, creating an exhilarating experience and unforgettable memories. \nFun and Games on the Return Journey\nThe return journey was no less entertaining\, with an enthusiastic game of Antakshari that had everyone singing their hearts out especially Promila Mam\, Anuradha Mam\, and Nishu Sir. Laughter\, bonding\, and fun reverberated through the bus as they made their way back to ADMEC. \nThe Essence of Togetherness\nThe fun trip to Camp Deva Farms was more than just a day of entertainment; it was an occasion for the entire ADMEC family to come together\, forge stronger bonds\, and create cherished memories. It was a day filled with shared laughter\, adventures\, and moments of sheer joy that will be etched in the hearts and minds of all those who were a part of this memorable journey. \nThis annual tradition serves as a reminder of the close-knit community at ADMEC\, where students\, teachers\, and staff come together as one big family to celebrate life\, friendship\, and the spirit of togetherness. DESCRIPTION:ADMEC Multimedia Institute organizes outdoor art and sketching sessions every year to encourage students to learn human anatomy\, perspective\, still life\, light and shadow\, etc. The study of these important topics helps students improve their overall design sense. Industry demands for the creative minds not the DTP operators thus\, these types of sessions are like the creativity boosters for students and become a must-attend.  \nBy considering the demand of the current industry\, these outdoor sessions can impact the overall growth of students as budding designers\, editors\, compositors\, animators\, artists. \n3 Days Long Art and Sketching Outdoor Sessions 2023\nThis year\, we conducted three sessions for students from various courses and backgrounds\, including graphic design and animation. Every student actively participated in these sessions. \nDay 1: Our instructors\, Ms. Promila Dhandewal and Sahil Sir\, guided the students to capture photos with the right angle\, distance\, perspective\, light\, and shadow. \nDay 2: On the second day\, students started creating artwork based on the captured photos on their canvas and sketchbooks. They drawn the captured pics using different types of pencils for shading and sketches. \nDay 3: Day 3 was full of colors and paints as students started painting with a rainbow of colors\, producing many beautiful artworks. Our instructors\, Promila Mam and Sahil Sir\, assisted students in working with different styles of painting and sketching. \nHow have these sessions helped our students?\n\nWith these sessions\, students learned about live photo capturing by keeping the rule of thirds in mind.\nThe outdoor sessions provided a new learning experience for all the students beyond the classroom.\nActive participants understood the role of perspective in sketching\, painting\, and designing.\nThe sessions helped learners understand the role of light and shadow.\nAnimation courses’ students experienced real-life human anatomy sketching under expert guidance. They could applied their the concepts of human anatomy learnt during the classroom sessions while participating in the art and sketching outdoor sessions.\n\nWhat was the location decided for the sessions?\nThe location chosen for the sessions was Rohini District Park\, a large area suitable for exploring concepts like perspective\, human anatomy\, still life\, live sketching\, etc. \nWhen did these sessions start?\nThe sessions started on 4th December and concluded on 6th December\, leaving students with fun learning experiences and lasting memories. \nIn conclusion\, the Art and Sketching Outdoor Sessions 2023 not only enriched the students’ artistic skills but also fostered a holistic learning environment. These awards boost their morale\, encouraging them to continue learning and improving. Our institute organizes various events and award ceremonies to acknowledge the efforts made by our students. “Star of the Month” awards are part of the same segment to acknowledge the efforts and handwork of our students. As the final month of the year\, December revealed the names of some talented students whose skills and performances were hidden throughout the year.  \nLet’s take a detailed look at the Star of the December Month 2023 award below. \nStar of the December Month 2023\nAll of our faculty members nominated students from different courses based on their overall performance in December. Palak\, Arshdeep\, and Bhawna topped the list. \nAnd the award goes to Arshdeep for her brilliant performance in the Adobe Illustrator project. Arshdeep is pursuing 12 months long graphic design course in Delhi. She created a complete brand identity campaign on the topic of Sanskara\, a company offering a combination of festival and celebration items. Arshdeep planned the designs from the logo\, visiting card\, and poster\, to packaging\, calendar\, etc. She also created mock-ups in Adobe Dimension to add a real 3D touch to the designs. \nHer project file was completely handmade and presented every stage of the planning she took while designing. \nLet’s take a look at some of the designs she made for the brand Sanskara. \n \n  \nReview from Arshdeep – Star of December 2023\nHi\, everyone! These rounds incorporated diverse topics and formats to challenge the participants comprehensively. \nHere is an outline of the sessions:\n1st Round: Rapid Fire: The first round of the quiz focuses on current affairs related to fields such as design\, web\, CAD\, commercial art\, films\, and animation. All the teams were required to answer quickly within 5 seconds to get the points.\n2nd Round: Media Masala: This round tests knowledge of participants on various aspects of media and branding.\n3rd Round: Jano to Pehchano: The 3rd round tests the identification abilities of the students.\n4th Round: Read\, Write & Explain: This round focuses on slogan (punch line) writing and explaining the given topic. Participants had to be creative and articulate in their responses.\n5th Round: News\, Media & Entertainment: This round covers questions based on news channels\, newspapers\, films\, and TV serials. \nTo intensify the competition\, marks were reduced for errors\, and teams were provided with buzzers to submit their answers. This month\, we brought the award: Star of the August Month 2024 and selected the top nominees for it. \nNominees for the Star of the August Month 2024\n\nDishant (Graphic Master Plus Course)\nKrish Kant (Graphic Master Plus Course)\nYogesh (Post Production Customize)\n\nOur Star of the August Month 2024\nDishant excelled in commercial art sessions\, while Yogesh was outstanding in his software classes for Adobe Illustrator. The one who excelled in both was Krish Kant and thus got the award for August month. \nAbout Krish Kant\nThe entire team of ADMEC Multimedia Institute is proud to present this award to Krish Kant for his outstanding performance throughout the month. He enrolled in our 12-month-long diploma in graphic design\, i.e.\, the Graphic Master Plus course\, recently. Even being a new student who started learning his first application\, Krish Kant demonstrated an amazing performance to excel not only in Illustrator classes but also in commercial art sessions. All of the instructors are happy with his performance. He actively participates in all the extracurricular activities like quizzes\, workshops\, and exhibitions.  \nAdobe Illustrator Project by Krish Kant\nKrish Kant worked on the fitness brand named “Fit Flow Fitness” as a practice project under the guidance of one of our most senior design and animation mentors\, Deepak Sir. \nFrom user research\, design planning\, stationery and mock-up creation to project files\, he created everything within the duration of 15 days. This project brought the SOM title to him.  \nAgain\, we congratulate Krish Kant for winning the title of Star of the August Month 2024! \nWords from our Student of the Month “Krish Kant”\nHello friends\, my name is Krishkant Soni and I’ve been enrolled in the Graphic Master Plus course. So far my overall experience has been positive. I really enjoy learning with the instructors at the academy. All are very experts in their subjects and provide in-depth knowledge of the topic. I’ve particularly benefited from the one-on-one training structure at the institute. Learning environment here is awesome\, recently I participated in Multimedia Quiz competition has Team B member. I also did canvas painting and explored digital painting techniques. \nLast month\, we went to an Industry visit to Pragati Madan and got a pack of knowledge about print\, media\, latest machines\, and technologies. It was amazing. \nComing on my SOM journey. So\, I didn’t expect this at all. I just worked hard on my Adobe Illustrator and participated in commercial art sessions. So\, even last month\, we had the award ceremony for the Star of September Month 2024. \nLet’s see who were in the nominations for this award. \nNominees for the Star of the September Month 2024\nRaghav was the first student who got nominated for this award. He is the student of our 15-month long Adobe CC diploma. The next nominated student was Priyal who recently shared her journey on Adobe Illustrator classes. Her course is 12-month most advanced graphic design course. The very last student was Namya who is also a student of Graphic design course. \nSo\, let’s reveal who became the Star of the September Month 2024. \nAbout our Star Of the Month Namya Garg\nWith great pride\, the ADMEC Multimedia Institute team awards Namya Garg for her outstanding performance in Adobe Illustrator project under the guidance of Nishu Sir. \n  \nNamya is enrolled in a 12-months course named Graphic Master plus one of the best courses in graphic design at ADMEC.  \nShe is very active from the start of the course. Doing day-to-day work on a daily basis. Also good in interacting and helping others. She as our Star of the month is not only good in academic but also in nature.  \nNamya is also very active in competitions also. She also won the digital painting competition 2024. SUMMARY:Digital Painting Competition 2024 at ADMEC Multimedia Institute
DESCRIPTION:ADMEC Multimedia has recently conducted a successful competition to give all of all the design students a chance to showcase their art skills. This competition was for the students pursing courses in graphic design\, animation\, and multimedia. It was conducted in two phases: Canvas Painting and Digital Painting. \nHow these competitions are enhancing the design skills of our students\nCompeting in design competitions helps students evaluate their skills and recognize their strengths. This is essential for thriving in the real world. At ADMEC\, we regularly organize skill development competitions to support this growth. \nParticipating in a competition can boost the student’s design skills! They also step out of their comfort zone and handle the real- world challenges. These challenges encourage them to get more creative. It’s all about the practical experience\, getting to know new ideas\, experiencing what works\, and getting real feedback from others. Overall\, these competitions make learning fun and help students grow as designers! \nCanvas & Digital Painting Sessions\nWe conducted 15 days long sessions for Canvas and digital painting under the guidance of our experts Ms. Promila\, Ms. Anuradha and Mr. Sahil. These sessions trained our students to create both canvas and digital art. We explained each step with every technique and fundamental of brushwork and color theory. \nStudents learned about painting techniques\, fundamentals of color theory\, perspectives\, light and shadow during the canvas painting sessions. We also covered practice about color blending colors for smooth transitions (shading a sphere from light to dark). \nDuring our digital art sessions\, our design expert\, Ms. Anuradha guided the students. She explained the process of using digital pen tablet with the Photoshop and Sketchbook tool. Students got to know about all the tools and techniques for digital painting in these special sessions. \nOur experts discussed the methods to create digital art work in a very simple process. From using Smudge brush to blending modes\, students explored a lot during these sessions. They understood the use of blending modes\, color ranges\, shadows\, midtone\, and highlights in digital art. \nOnce\, we saw students getting confidence in the painting on both canvas and digital artboard\, we came up with the competition. \nDigital Painting Competition 2024\n \nWe recently held a digital painting competition for all design course students. This competition was thankfully a success. Many students took part in it. They gave their best effort. However\, not everyone can win. We had a tough task of selecting the winners. \nFirst\, we decided to divide the students into groups or teams so that they also learn teamwork skills.\nWe got five teams of 2-3 students. We made students free to pick the topic of their choice for the digital painting. But they had to present their thoughts through a presentation. \nResults & Award\nWe decided to take top three best performing teams for 1st\, 2nd and 3rd rank award. Students who couldn’t get the ranks got the participation award. \nDetails of Work of Team Got Positions\nWe’ll start from the winners of course!\nThe 1st rank goes to Team (Namya and Tannu). Congratulations students! \n \nAbout their painting:\nThey presented women’s crime practicing nowadays. The painting shows the pain of the girls who suffer from the situation. Good color selection\, font and art work led them to winning trophy. \nThe 2nd rank goes to Team (Ritika\, Chakresh\, and Sajid). Well done students! \n \nAbout their painting:\nThey had shown a time travel art work. Their painting presented a girl standing in front of the mirror and seeing herself as an old woman. The art presented that how time changes a person from a young attractive look to an old personality having Wrinkles and a weak body. \nThe 3rd rank goes to Team (Harsh\, Agrasen\, and Abhishek). Good job students! \n \nAbout their painting:\nThey presented a blend of nature landscape on portrait theme. Colors flowers\, mountains\, rivers\, and birds were in their art work. \nClosing Remarks\nWith a little effort from our great faculty\, the students came out with outstanding results. We are looking forward to arranging more competitions and design events like this to enhance their skills and to understand their capabilities.

DESCRIPTION:Rangoli design competition is one of the most awaited competitions at ADMEC multimedia institute. Everyone at the institute\, celebrate the festive season of Diwali with Rangolis. Even this year\, we organized the rangoli making competition for students. \nRangoli Design Competition 2024\nOur rangoli design competition was held on 30th October\, Wednesday this year. More than 30 students participated in this competition. There were 3 teams. Each team had one team leader and mentor with 10 members. Various meetings were conducted by all the teams before the competition day. All the mentors guided the teams and finalized their ideas for rangolis. Each team was free to choose any type of rangoli they wanted to make. \nTeams in the Rangoli Design Competition\nLet’s get to know about each team one by one. \nTeam A\nTeam A participating in RDC 2024\nTeam mentor: Sahil sir\nTeam leader: Tannu (UI UX Design Diploma student at ADMEC) \nTeam A presented a classical rangoli design to us. They made Ram ji and Sita ji. The team decorated their rangoli with multi-color flowers. They light up it with water diyas instead of traditional oil or ghee diyas. SUMMARY:Outdoor Sketching Sessions 2024
DESCRIPTION:At ADMEC Multimedia Institute\, we provide students with interesting sessions to improve their creativity skills and make them think more artistically. All this is to make their paintings and projects look more attractive. Sketching is such an artistic skill that a sketcher can draw his or her imagination as he or she thinks. This is the reason we conduct outdoor sketching sessions every year. \nThrough these special sessions\, our experienced faculty helps students grow and sharpen their skills to become professional designers\, editors\, compositors\, animators\, and artists. These outdoor classes are for all courses students. \nHere’s an overview of the three-day outdoor sketching sessions in 2024\nWe executed a three-day outdoor sessions series for our excellent and charming students this year. All students showed interest in these sessions. \nDay 1: On the first day\, we taught students how to take proper live photos. Our instructors\, Ms. Promila Ma’am\, and Sahil Sir\, helped students click the images at the right angle. Students learned about the various perspectives like one-point\, two-point and three-point. Then they made sketches using shading pencils of the captured images in their ADMEC sketchbooks. \nDay 2: On the second day our instructors taught students about the colouring methods using coloured pencils. This day students converted their sketches into coloured using coloured pencils. \nDay 3: On the last day of this sessions series students worked on acrylic\, water and poster colours to finish their artworks. \nWhat made these Sessions Special?\nOutdoor sketching sessions inspire students to view the world through the eyes of an artist. The open-air environment keeps students’ minds relaxed and calm\, helping them to make their paintings with their whole hearts\, happiness\, and joy. Students learned various methods to create artworks from pencil shading\, colouring to painting using water\, poster and acrylic colours. \nLocation of the Outdoor Sketching Session\nWe chose the district park near Rohini East metro station. It’s a huge and open ground park where students can draw any particular part of the park.  \nWhen did these Sessions Start?\nThe outdoor sessions started on 23 December and ended on 25 December. The total duration of each session was 3 hours. She performed outstanding in both commercial art and Adobe Photoshop projects. Her active participation in quizzes\, workshops and outdoor visits has also made her deserving for the award. She is very regular in attending all of her classes. \nLet’s talk more about her project. \nPriyal’s Adobe Photoshop Project on “Avon Cycles”\nUnder the guidance of our senior mentor\, Nishu Sir\, Priyal created a branding project for “Avon Cycles.” Within 10 days she completed her project. This project was a major factor in her winning the Star of the Month title. \nPriyal’s Words on Her Achievement\nHello\, my name is Priyal. I choose a diploma in digital media graphic design at ADMEC because of my interest in graphic design. I really want to work as a graphic designer in future and can feel it happening too. My experience at ADMEC has been amazing! All the teachers give their time to clear doubts of students. They really provide in-depth training. \nI’ve been a part of all events and quizzes at ADMEC. I participated in Multimedia quiz 2024. There was an industrial trip for students that I joined too. Recently\, I attended a Rangoli Design Competition as a member of Team C. From this competition I learned how to work in a team. \nI have also been nominated in September 2024 for star of month award but did not win that award. Then again\, I tried my best in next months. And finally\, I got this opportunity and found myself in nominations for December month and got the title too. \nWinning the Star of the Month title was unexpected for me. I had worked really hard on my Adobe Photoshop skills and participated in commercial art sessions. But all credits go to my mentors (Nishu Sir and Promila Mam) who guided me at each step. Here we keep our students updated with all the offline events happening like the 16th Print-Pack Expo visit 2025. This exhibition comes every year in Noida\, India.  \nHere our students get to see how printing machines work. They also gain understanding of the new technologies that will become a part of the print media industry.  \nOur institute keeps the students engaged in further activities like conducting outdoor sessions\, digital painting competitions\, festive-related competitions like rangoli-making competitions\, etc.  \nWhy is participating in industry visits important for students?\nIn today’s generation\, students understand through practical concepts more than theoretical concepts. Our institute organises educational trips to show how a company works in real-life.   \nNowadays\, it is important for students to know about the new trends and updates happening in the software. Our institute tries its best to keep our students updated with the new design trends and what is new in the software they use for designing.  \nThis visit gave all of our students a real-world experience. It was mainly organized for students who have enrolled in Diploma Courses in Graphic Design at our ADMEC Multimedia Institute in Delhi. \nAbout 47 students visited this industrial trip\, the in-charge of this trip were Deepak sir and Promila mam\, who are experts in designing and commercial arts. \nWhat did students discover while visiting the Media Expo at Pragati Maidan?\nIn the 16th Print Pack India\, around more than 100 companies came and showed the technologies they use for printing. This event was organized from 1 February to 5 February\, 2025\, where anyone had the chance to visit. The location was the India Expo Center & Mart in Greater Noida\, Delhi NCR.  \nThrough this trip\, students got knowledge about what technologies or machines are used for printing such materials like bags\, large banners\, hoardings\, and etc.  \nConcluding observations on 16th Print-Pack Expo visit 2025\nADMEC Multimedia wants its students to stay on the right track and grow higher in their future. Through this trip\, students got a huge amount of knowledge and industry exposure. They saw how their designs would look after printing\, binding\, cutting\, and laminating. This experience related to the printing process will definitely help them as designers in industry.  \nThey got a vision of the future related to their work. Below is the list of top nominated students for SOM awards: \n\nKaran (Digital Marketing Expert Diploma): He is a top scorer in all SEO tests conducted in January month.\nAjay (Digital Marketing Expert Diploma): For his excellent performance in SEO classes.\nAbhishek (Diploma in Multimedia Designing): He performed excellent in his commercial art classes.\nAnsh (AutoCAD Certificate Program): He created various types of AutoCAD plans under the guidance of Nishu sir.\nAkshay (Architecture Interior Design Diploma): Submitted on architectural drafting projects on time with complete finishing. \nGautam Gothwal (Architecture Interior Design Diploma): Worked very hard on drafting assignments throughout the month.\nShruti (Architecture Interior Design Diploma): She shown lots of dedication in completing the given assignments on drafting.\nYashika (Architecture Interior Design Diploma): Performed very well in her architectural drafting sessions conducted by Nishu sir. \nLeena (Data Science and Analytics Diploma): Leena presented the PowerBI project to Ravi sir with proper insights on given topic. Every nominated student did his best throughout the month. It was not an easy task for us to select a single name from it. Our team of experts checked all students’ projects\, evaluated their approach\, analyzed how much time they spent while practice at the institute’s practice lab and many other parameters.  \nWith a thorough evaluation\, we selected Akshay as the most suitable name for this award. \nAbout Akshay who became SOM January 2025\nAkshay is our architecture interior design courses student. He comes from civil engineering background and now learning highly advanced CAD applications like AutoCAD\, 3Ds Max\, Revit Architecture\, Structure\, Lumion\, etc. His course is of 18 months which also covers drafting classes. \nAkshay attended all the drafting sessions which were conducted by Nishu sir on weekends. He was one of the outstanding students as per the feedback from his educator Mr. Nishu. \nNot only he worked hard on his drafting skills to improve them but also polished his software work. Nishu sir was very impressed with his AutoCAD work. Our institute conducts regular workshops\, outdoor industry visits\, and visual grammar sessions weekly. Out of 9 nominees\, Akshay was the only student who participated in all. His attendance\, humble nature\, learning spirit\, and serious towards his course made him the most deserving name for the title “Star of January Month 2025”. \nHow Akshay is feeling now?\nHello my name is Akshay\, I am from Begumpur which is a small town in New Delhi. I have done 3 years diploma in civil engineering or after that I have joined ADMEC’s 18 months diploma for professional CAD skills. \nSo\, far\, I have learned Photoshop and AutoCAD in my course. I also attended drafting sessions from Nishu sir which were very helpful. \nI’m very happy on becoming star student. It is really a very different feeling. I never thought of getting any award. Thank you\, Nishu sir\, for your support. \nThis institute has so much to explore for students like me who started as beginner. It provides good facilities like good lab computers\, practice space\, small batches\, practice projects\, monthly workshops\, etc. Also\, they conduct site visits like we went to Chawri bazar to see the furniture and material market last month. This month\, we went to Noida for print pack expo. DESCRIPTION:A little word of appreciation motivates everyone to do better next time. It’s just a simple thing that we apply on our training methodology. At ADMEC\, we don’t just teach a few skills rather we build confident personality in students. We do that by recognizing the performance of your students in their respective courses. One of our exciting events the Star of The Month (SOM) is just an example of it. We organize it every month to praise our students for their hard work. In this we focus on both the skills like commercial art\, class activities\, software skills\, etc. This month we had ceremony of Star of the March Month 2025 during the special workshop on Portfolio development by Ravi sir. \nNominations for Star of the March Month 2025\nOut of 167 students\, we have selected the top 7 students as the star performer for this month. We have mentioned the list below of nominated students for SOM March award: \n\nMavis (Graphic Master) – She did a great work in her Illustrator project.  You can check her project on Delightful Fantasy.\nPreeti (Graphic Master) – She was selected on the basis of her commercial art work and good performance in software classes.\nMuskan (Web Premium) – She prepared a beautiful commercial art file and performed well in software skills.\nSaniya (Textile Design Premium – CAD) – Her performance was good in software and she was excellent in commercial art.\nAditi (UI/ UX Design Standard) – She was selected on the basis of her class work performance in Photoshop.\nMamta (CAD Customized) – She performed well in her Revit class and submitted the whole project.\nLeena (Data Analytics Master) – She performed excellent in her class and she is very hardworking.\n\nWho Became the Star of March 2025?\nAfter receiving the final list from all the mentors\, we saw the work or the projects of individual student who got in the nominations for the award. We then analysed their performance on the basis of attendance\, behaviour\, and how much time they spent while practicing in the lab. Our team of experts checked the project of all students\, it was difficult for us to select one student among them. But after a thorough discussion\, we finally made the decision and selected Leena as the most suitable name for this award. \nAbout Leena who became SOM March 2025\nLeena is our Data Analytics Master courses student. She comes from a data analyst background. Leena is already working in the same field and joined this course to learn some advanced skills of data analytics from industry experts. SUMMARY:Canvas Painting Competition 2025 – A Fun Day of Art!
DESCRIPTION:Interactive fun learning is our USP and we stick to it since 2006. That is why we frequently bring various activities on the table for students. Recently conducted Canvas Painting Competition 2025 is an example of it.   \nThis competition was organised for the students who enrolled in graphic design\, animation\, and multimedia like creative courses. We gave a chance to our students to show their art skills and creative thinking. There was no specific topic given to students\, they selected by themselves and results were amazing.  \nHow these Competitions Help Students Get Better at Art \n \nLearning a skill in the classroom is not enough to become ready for the industry. There is a huge competition and you must be good in doing projects practically in a given span of time to meet its standards. Our events help in preparing for the industry by offering students with a platform to compete.    \nEvents like this help students to manage time\, stay focused\, and work faster. Participating in events at ADMEC Multimedia like this will boost the confidence of our students and they will have enough confidence to work in industry.   \nCanvas Painting Practice Sessions \n \nBefore inviting our students in this competition\, we organized a canvas painting test for them.   \nIn our Commercial art sessions\, there is an assessment plan which has a separate module for canvas painting.   \nFirst\, we gave 4 sessions to our students related canvas painting by our art faculty Promila mam and Sahil sir. In these sessions they both taught our students about the basic and advanced concepts of making canvas paintings.   \nOur students performed so well even while practicing for this.   \nAfter this we conducted a canvas painting test for our students. In which we didn’t help students\, they created canvas paintings on their own. This taught students to work independently. We even organized a special session related to canvas painting by Sahil sir and Promila mam. In this session we gave a demo to our students how painting is done on canvas. Both the faculties helped their students and encouraged them to give their best.   \n \nOrganizing competitions generates excitement and motivation in students to perform excellently in each and everything. Our faculties guided students to make digital paintings also. They helped students learn digital paintings using graphic tabs step by step.  \nWhat Happened During the Canvas Painting Competition 2025 \nWe gave 6 hours to our student to prepare a canvas painting. Our invigilators Sahil sir and Promila mam motivated students to give their best while competing with others.   \nOur students created beautiful paintings with the help of their imagination and ideas. Students created art of their choice as there was no specific theme or topic\, some created abstract art\, some chose nature\, etc.   \n \nHow We Picked the Winners  \nIt was difficult for us to choose winners out of 16 students. So\, we decided to choose on the basis of 5 things:   \n\nLevel of sketching \nConcept or topic \nColor contrast \nFinishing and detailing \nOn time submission \n\nOn the basis of these first we selected Top 5 students and their names are:  \n\nVishakha for her classical dancer portrait \nRitesh for the Lord Krishna portrait \nKomal for a night scene \nSaniya for her monotone artwork \nAnushka for the Lord Ganesha art \n\nOut of these 5 we selected Top 3 students as winners. The winners were:  \n \nRank 1 – Vishakha   \n \nVishaka presented amazing skills in her portrait. It is clearly visible that scored well in all 5 above judgment criteria. Her digital media design and editing teaches everything from visualization to commercial art. That is why she could balance the colors contrast beautifully.  \nRank 2 – Anushka   \n \nAnushka’s painting presents a little Lord Ganeha with a laddo in his hand. Her artwork gives the glimpse of why she opted for our Graphic Design Master Plus Diploma Program. She excellently painted his cloths\, ornaments and face features. Even the background looks so calm and soothing.   \nRank 3 – Komal   \n \n  \nOur 3rd rank hold Komal is our 8 months Graphic Master course students. She tried a unique artwork of an evening scene with beautiful Saruka trees\, a bridge and moon. Komal worked amazingly in giving detailing\, whether it is water reflection\, flowing leaves or sky\, everything looks so good.  \nAt the end\, we are happy for all students who participated in this event. This event taught them a lot and this art skill will last with students for ever. Star of the Month (SOM) is one of the most exciting events out of them. We decide SOM on the basis of both the skills like commercial art\, class performance\, software skills\, etc. This month we had the ceremony of Star of the April Month 2025 during the special workshop on Become Future-Ready with AI by Ravi Sir. \nNominations for Star of the April 2025\nOut of 175 students\, we have selected the top 11 students as the best performer for this month. We have mentioned the list below of students who are nominated for SOM April award: \n\nSonu (Graphic Master Plus) – He did a great work in his project. You can check her project on Save Bird.\n\nWho Became the Star of April 2025?\nAfter receiving the final list we held a meeting with our faculty. In the meeting we check the work of the students who are in the nominations of SOM. We checked their overall status like their attendance\, their class performance\, how much time they spent while practicing in the lab. Our team of experts checked the projects of all the students. It was difficult for us to finalize one student as all students did a great job. But after the discussion we finally decided and selected Priyal as the most suitable name for this award. \nAbout Priyal who became SOM March 2025\nPriyal is our Graphic Master Plus Courses student. She comes from a graphic designing field. Priyal joined this course to enhance her skills and to build a career in this field. She became SOM for the second time in her course and achieving the same award for the second time isn’t easy. Earlier she became Star of December in 2024. \n \nRavi Sir giving SOM Award to Priyal \nShe is a very punctual student and comes regularly to her classes and attends them on time. Priyal might have taken some sessions online but never missed any class. \nShe completed her SketchBook project on time and has a never give up attitude. Priyal is so sweet and never refuses to help others\, she is also a quick learner and accepts her mistakes too. \nShe made all her digital paintings using a Pen tablet which was not easy to do for the first time. But she performed so well and created beautiful paintings. It was difficult to directly switch on a new tool when you are habitual to mouse. I’m feeling so warmed to receive this SOM award for my sketchbook project. \nThe sketchbook project was a great experience for me. I never tried digital art before but these classes taught me everything to create digital paintings. Learning digital painting added a new skill-set to me. \nThis award gave me the confidence to continue making creative art and learn more. \nI would like to thank Anuradha mam who was my mentor in Sketchbook training. She always motivated me to do better. He worked very hard on the assigned project by Deepak Sir. \nOne of the best parts of his Adobe Illustrator project on Tour & Travel was the finishing and quality of the designs. He maintained a very good resolution level and captured the attention of every mentor during his presentation of the project. \nThough other students also performed very well in their presentation but Sumit showed it confidently and efficiently. \nAs a student of our video editing courses\, Sumit is learning things quickly. Keep it. \nWords from Sumit Wallia\nHello\, I’m Sumit. My course is Post Production Master. It covers many things like photo editing\, graphic designing\, video and sound editing\, and 2D and 3D motion graphics. I joined the institute just a few months ago. Illustrator is my first application\, and I can’t believe that I got this award at the beginning of my learning journey at ADMEC. I’m very happy about this. \nI want to thank Deepak Sir for his guidance. He taught me all the tools and an approach to use Illustrator for the media industry. Illustrator is really a superb application. I really enjoy my classes with not only Deepak sir but also with Promila mam. She takes my visual grammar and commercial art sessions. I got to learn a lot from my mentor. \nI also got the chance to learn about the role and usage of AI in the current world in the recent workshop by Ravi Sir. AI is really a big helper for us. SUMMARY:Digital Painting Competition at ADMEC
DESCRIPTION:In July 2025\, ADMEC Multimedia Institute organized a fun and creative event which was Digital Painting Competition 2025 for all designing students. The main motive of this event was to give students a chance to show their digital art skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop\, Adobe Illustrator\, Krita\, and Sketchbook Pro. \nTo make this event more exciting\, we divided all the students into 6 teams. The team names were A\, B\, C\, D\, E\, and F. Each team had 4-5 students from different creative courses\, so they all got a chance to learn and work together and share new ideas. \nProcess of Digital Painting Competition 2025\nOur experts conducted a meeting with all teams and guided them for the complete process that they had to follow. Some of the main points were: \n\nPick up any topic to make painting on.\nInclude all the 4 design stages which include idea thumbnails\, rough sketches\, color art\, and digital art.\nPrepare a presentation to show the complete work process of the team.\nInclude images and videos of every team member doing the assigned tasks.\nSubmit the digital art file along with PPT or PDF of presentation.\nOne team member will be representing the entire team at the time of work presentation.\n\nTeams of the Competition\nHere’s the list of all teams with their members: \n\nTeam A: Vishaka\, Saumil\, Akash\, Vaishav\nTeam B: Abhishek\, Satish\, Naina\, Saniya\, Zahid\nTeam C: Ankur\, Daya Shankar\, Aarti\, Nansi\, Sonu\nTeam D: Ritesh\, Ujjwal\, Dheeraj\, Mani\, Akash Dixit\nTeam E: Chirag\, Nikhil\, Akshay\nTeam F: Pranjali\, Preeti\, Deepak Tiwari\, Vicky\, and Krish\n\nIt took 4 hours for all teams to create digital paintings. Once they submitted their art work\, our seniors evaluated their presentation and submitted work. \nNow the time of result declaration. \nResults & Awards for Digital Painting Competition\nExperts Announcing Results\nOut of 6 teams\, we eliminated Team C for not following the told design stages. The lowest scorer team was Team B. Now we left with 4 teams to decide from. After analyzing the artwork and concept\, we selected the top three teams for first\, second\, and third ranks. \nAll other students who didn’t secure a rank were also appreciated with Certificates of Participation for their efforts. From top 3 teams\, we picked one best performer and awarded that student with trophies. \nLet’s begin see who got the 1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd ranks. \n2nd Runner Up: Team F\nTeam F in Working Mode\nTeam Members: Preeti\, Deepak\, Vicky\, Krish\, and Pranjali \nBest performer: Preeti (Graphic Master course) \nTopic of the painting was “Draupadi Cheer Haran\,”. The team tried to present the very deep scene from Mahabharata epic in which Lord Krishna protected Draupadi. \nFirst Runner Up: Team D\nTeam D in action\nTeam Members: Ritesh\, Ujjwal\, Dhiraj\, Mani\, and Akash Dixit. \nTheir topic was “Declutter\,” which means\, our mind is cluttered in various things which is affecting our mental health. The main motive was to show that we need to stop distracting from things like social media to perform well in whatever we do. \nBest performer: Ujjwal (Post Production Master course) \nWinning Team: Team E\nTeam E is working on Digital Painting\nTeam members: Chirag\, Akshay\, and Nikhil \nTheir painting was “India on Mars\,” showing Indian rocket and astronaut is landing on Mars from Earth. This is a dream art that will definitely become true one day. Team E selected a very good concept and even after having the least no of members\, their team submitted the art work on time and gave good presentation too. This is what made them win the first prize. Congratulations Team E!! \nBest performer: Chirag (Graphic Master Plus course) \nOur Best Performers\nAt the end\, we gave certificates to all students and took a group photo to remember the joyful memories of this day. \n\nThis competition was not only about winning\, it was about learning\, teamwork and fun.
