DESCRIPTION:ADMEC Multimedia Institute organized a thrilling and intellectually stimulating event\, the Multimedia Quiz Competition 2023\, on 31st July in Rohini\, Delhi.  \nMultimedia Quiz 2023 Teams and Mentors\nThe competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from three teams – Team A\, Team B\, and Team C. Each team had the privilege of being guided and mentored by experienced professionals.  \nNishu Sir took the responsibility of mentoring Team C\, while Deepak Sir expertly mentored both Team A and Team B. The teams were further led by capable leaders: Muskan for Team A\, Shakshi for Team B\, and Arshdeep for Team C. \nGoal and Vision Behind Multimedia Quiz Competition 2023\nThe primary goal and vision behind this competition were to enhance the learning experience of all students at ADMEC Multimedia Institute. The event aimed to provide an opportunity for students to delve deeper into the world of digital media\, learn valuable lessons in teamwork and collaboration\, and showcase their hidden knowledge and skills. \nThroughout the competition\, students learned invaluable lessons in various areas.  \nJudgement Criteria\nThe judgement criteria were set to a challenging level\, comprising multiple aspects such as the points scored in each round\, which covered a wide range of topics like designing\, post-production\, programming\, reading\, writing\, idea creation\, general knowledge\, current affairs\, music\, and more. Additionally\, team management\, timely reporting\, adherence to the dress code\, and discipline among the team members were also taken into account for evaluation. \nRounds of the Multimedia Quiz\nFor a thrilling test of knowledge of the students\, this competition featured five engaging rounds\, each with a unique set of questions and a specific duration. DESCRIPTION:ADMEC recently organized a UI design competition on May 11\, 2023. And the given topic to all teams was the “Re-designing of a video editing institute website. \nIt was a full day competition. \nThe competition was divided into five rounds\, each with its own time limit: \nRound 1 – Brainstorming/Research (45 minutes): In this round\, team members had to conduct research and brainstorm ideas. Each member was assigned a style guide and specific tasks under the guidance of the team leader. Additionally\, file-making work was done in this round. \nRound 2 – Handmade Sketches (30 minutes): In this round\, participants had to create presentable and correct user interface sketches on sheets. These sketches acted as mock-ups for the graphical user interface design of the website. Existing images\, parts\, and other sketches were incorporated into the user interface sketches. \nRound 3 – Flow Chart (30 minutes): This round focused on creating a flow chart that demonstrated how the team’s product would appear on the website. \nRound 4 – Wireframes (30 minutes): Round four was dedicated to creating wireframes in high and low fidelity. Wireframes are monochromatic drawings that serve as blueprints for the page structure\, layout\, and information of the application’s UI. \nRound 5 – Final Mock-up and Prototyping (45 minutes): The last round involved creating the final structure of the product\, including micro-interactions to showcase how users would interact with the product. This stage required the students to demonstrate their hard work and teamwork. \nJudgement Criteria of the UI Design Competition\nThere were three sections to score marks in for all teams: \nSection 1: Team and File Management (15 Marks)\n\nTeam Management: This criterion assessed the team’s ability to work together effectively\, allocate tasks\, and collaborate. The team dress code played a significant role in securing full 10 marks in this section.\nAttendance: Attendance records were considered to evaluate the team’s commitment and participation\, with a weightage of 5 marks.\n\nSection 2: Project Management (70 marks) \nThis section comprised two parts: Planning and Designing. \nPlanning: \n\nFile Making: The organization and structure of files and resources were assessed\, accounting for 10 marks.\nDesign Brief: The teams were evaluated on their ability to understand and follow the design brief provided\, with a weightage of 5 marks.\nPlanning and Analysis: This criterion assessed the team’s planning process and their ability to analyze the requirements of the project\, carrying a weightage of 10 marks.\n\nDesigning\n\nUserflow: The teams were judged based on the clarity and effectiveness of the user flow in their design\, accounting for 10 marks.\nSketches: The quality and presentation of handmade sketches demonstrating the user interface were evaluated\, carrying a weightage of 10 marks.\nWireframes: The teams were assessed on their creation of wireframes\, both in terms of high and low fidelity\, with a weightage of 15 marks.\nMockups: This criterion evaluated the final mock-ups and prototypes of the product\, accounting for 5 marks.\n\nSection 3: Team and Project Presentation (15 marks)\n\nTeam Presentation: The teams were assessed on their ability to present as a cohesive unit\, with a weightage of 5 marks.\nProject Presentation: This criterion evaluated the clarity\, organization\, and effectiveness of the team’s presentation of their project\, carrying a weightage of 10 marks.\n\nThe grand total score on the scoring sheet was 100. \nTime for the Result\nAt the end of the competition\, Team A\, mentored by Deepak Sir and led by Akansha\, emerged as the winning team with the highest scoring marks. Team C\, mentored by Anuradha Mam and led by Rashmi Pal\, secured the runner-up position. Team B and Team D were the remaining teams on third position. \nSpecial awards were given to acknowledge outstanding performances. Akansha from Team A received the Best Team Leader award\, and Ghanan from Team C was recognized as the Best Performer of the competition. \nKudos to all the participants for their outstanding dedication and remarkable accomplishments in the competition!

Such competitions not only provide an opportunity to young artists to gain recognition\, but also help in fostering a culture of art and creativity. \nWhy ADMEC conducts Art Competitions?\nFor exposure\nOne of the key benefits of an art competition is that it provides exposure to the artists. Art students who participate in these competitions get an opportunity to showcase their work to a wider audience\, which includes not just other artists\, but also art enthusiasts\, art critics\, and potential clients. This exposure can lead to various opportunities for the artists\, such as commissions\, exhibitions\, and collaborations. \nPlatform to get feedback\nThere is one more benefits of conducting such art competitions and it is the pointing out of mistakes students do while designing. The judges of the competition are typically experienced artists\, art critics\, and designers\, who provide valuable insights and suggestions to the participants. The feedbacks from respected trainers let the students improve their designs as well as style of work. \nInspire students\nAnother reason for art competitions is that they are the great source or way to inspire the students to do better in designing and learn new things enthusiastically. The competitions motivate design students to create new works and explore new techniques and mediums and work on the innovative idea creation. \nTo identify and nurture talent\nFor the design institute conducting the competition\, it provides an opportunity to identify and nurture talent. The institute can use the competition as a way to scout for talented students who can be offered scholarships or other forms of support. It also helps the institute to build its reputation as a center of artistic excellence and attract more students. \nTheme of the Art Competition\nThe competition was divided into two parts\, with the first part challenging students to create a story that depicted the advantages and disadvantages of India and Pakistan as one nation without partition. The second part of the competition involved creating an abstract poster on either face or nature\, using primary and secondary colors on canvas. \nStory Writing for the Ad\nThe story writing task required students to think deeply about the potential benefits and drawbacks of the scenario where two countries were never divided. They had to use their imagination and creativity to come up with a compelling storyline that would showcase their writing skills. The instructors provided guidance and feedback to help the students refine their work and bring their stories to life. \nAbstract Art Poster Making\nIn the poster creation task\, students had to use their understanding of color theory and composition to create a visually appealing abstract artwork. The posters had to be creative and unique\, using a mix of primary and secondary colors to convey a mood or emotion. The students were encouraged to experiment with different textures and techniques to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art. \nResults of the Art Competition 2023\nThe entries for both the story and poster competitions were judged on creativity\, originality\, and technical skills. \nIn the end\, the top three entries for both the story and poster competitions were awarded certificates and special “Born to Design” t-shirts by ADMEC Multimedia Institute.  \nThe winners were praised for their exceptional creativity\, storytelling abilities\, and technical proficiency. DESCRIPTION:Institute trips are an essential part of any educational program and methodology and same goes for ADMEC Multimedia Institute. These trips provide a learning atmosphere that we can’t experience in the classroom training. Last month\, our institute organized a trip to the Lalit Kala Akademi\, which is an art museum and cultural center in New Delhi for the students. \nWhy Lalit Kala Akademi?\nThe Lalit Kala Akademi is one such destination that offers an excellent opportunity for all digital media students to explore their creative side while also enhancing their understanding of Indian art and culture. \nLalit Kala Akademi\, also called as National Academy of Art\, inaugurated on 5th August in the year of 1954 by the Minister of Education\, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. \nYou can understand why this trip was necessary with the given points below. \nFirstly\nIt is an institution and a hub of art and creativity\, and a visit to this academy was a fantastic opportunity for students to witness and appreciate the artistic traditions of India. The Lalit Kala Akademi exposes students to the different styles\, techniques\, and mediums used by Indian artists\, and give them a broader perspective on art as a whole. \nSecondly\nADMEC visit to the Lalit Kala Akademi became an excellent source of inspiration for all students who visited there as this academy is home to some of the best artists in India\, and students could learn a lot from their work. \nAfter seeing the artwork of the these best artists all the students got motivated to explore their own artistic abilities. It also gave them ideas for their own art projects and help them develop their skills further. \nThirdly\nVisiting the Lalit Kala Akademi was also a great learning experience for students as they learned about the latest trends\, techniques\, and tools used in the art world and now they have started applying all of them to their own work too. \nFourthly\nThis trip also gave students a chance to interact with local artists\, learn about their lifestyles\, and understand their perspectives on art. \nExperience at Lalit Kala Akademi\nThis trip was joined by our multimedia design expert and art director Mr. Nishu and Mrs. Promila respectively. \n \nAs soon as we entered the museum\, we were greeted with a beautiful collection of art pieces\, ranging from traditional to contemporary art. \nThe first thing that caught our eye was a sculpture of a two humans with different faces\, which was carved out of marble. It was so intricate and lifelike that we couldn’t help but admire it. \nHere it is. \n \nPromila mam who is an art expert\, led students through the museum\, explaining the significance of each piece of art. \n \nWe also learned about the history of Indian art and the various schools of painting that have developed over the years. \nAlso we saw the exhibition of classic contemporary art. It was fascinating to see how artists had used different mediums to express their creativity. There were paintings\, sculptures\, installations\, and mixed media pieces\, each with a unique message and meaning. \n \nThe trip to the Lalit Kala Akademi was not just about art appreciation\, but it also gave us an insight into the world of art and the efforts that go into creating it. \n \nWith this trip our graphic designing courses as well as other design programs students learned about the challenges faced by artists and also got to know the ways to overcome them. We also got to understand the role of museums in preserving and promoting art. \nConclusion\n \nIn conclusion\, the institute trip to Lalit Kala Akademi was an enriching experience that gave us a deeper understanding and appreciation of art. Indeed\, this trip was best blend of art\, education\, and adventure. Regularity\, punctuality and sincerity are the top qualities that define her best. \nSilver Medalist\n \nNow the 2nd position for the Star of the year 2022 has earned by Satyam who is our graphic design course student. His 12 months diploma program is a complete creative course and Satyam has actually taken most out of it by attending the classes regularly. His sketching skills are of higher-grade and he also possess a good sense of design. Satyam has been awarded with the Star of the May Month for his outstanding perform in Adobe Photoshop. He has lot of potential to do well in future as a creative artist. \nBronze Medalist\n \nLast but not the least\, we have Ravi who has got the 3rd rank with bronze medal in the race of Star of the year award. Ravi is our diploma course student of Adobe CC program. He is an all rounder when it comes to looking at his performance in commercial art and digital application projects. We understand that these things play a very important role in creating a healthy learning culture where they feel valued and motivated. The feeling of being recognized helps students to get success. \nThat is why\, we’ve decided to make Star of the Month award a part of our teaching methodology. \nWe bring this award every month and push all of our students forward to let them put their best efforts and grab the title of SOM. \nHow do we select our Star of the Month?\nOur team of training faculty members analyze the performance of individual student through out the month. They check the classroom assignments as well as the attendance data. Software projects come at the top of the selection criteria. Students who perform well in their recent software or programming projects get the highest points in the selection. \nNow\, let’s find out the students who are nominated for November month award. \nNominees for Star of the Month November 2022\nSheila Mae Esquillo \nCourse: Graphic Master\nShe is an online student from India. Anuradha mam was her mentor for Adobe Illustrator batch. \nSakshi\nCourse: Adobe Creative Cloud Master\nSakshi is also our online student and has completed her Illustrator batch recently under the guidance of Nishu Sir. \nRavi Choudhary\nCourse: Adobe Creative Cloud Master\nRavi is our classroom design course student. His course includes all the popular Adobe applications that in trend nowadays. \nTime for the results! \nStar of the Month November 2022\nIt was really a tough decision to select the one from the top three nominated students for November month award as they all have shown outstanding efforts in their final projects as well as classroom assignments. After an in-depth observation\, we’ve come to the decision. \nThe award goes to Sheila Mae Esquillo!! \nWe feel proud to announce Sheila as our Star of the Month November 2022. \nThis award is given to her for her Adobe Illustrator project on MV Bisht Academy. \nLet’s know more about her. \nDespite of Adobe Illustrator being her first software she did a fabulous job in her project and submitted it with a thoroughly researched and well written blog. \nAs per the feedback from her trainer Ms. Anuradha\, \nSheila has all the qualities of an ideal student. I’ve seen that she has a passion for learning new things and a desire to do well in everything she learns during classes. She is a very smart student and a quick learner too. SUMMARY:Art & Sketching Outdoor Sessions 2022
DESCRIPTION:For an artist\, sketching is a medium to show what he sees. For a designer\, it is a medium to record concepts quickly to bring out the solution related to design problem. As an animator\, you can illustrate your own characters on paper and come up with a multitude of different more characters just in a short period of time. Even to plan a website layout; putting initial concepts on paper is the way to start to decide which of the ideas are good to go. \nThus\, sketching as a skill is as important as digital computer skills for every designer. To add this sense of sketching into the minds of our students; we had conducted 3 days long art and sketching sessions which were started from December 5th to 7th. \nHow did these art and sketching outdoor sessions help students?\nAs mentioned above\, sketching is an essential skill to have in the skill-set of every designer and by conducting these types of sessions our art teacher Mrs. Promila Dhanderwal explained the students that what approach they should follow while creating live sketches. Not only this she also taught them the accurate style to sketch contrasting perspective drawings. Students also understood how they have to work on the key points related to human anatomy. \nUnder these sessions students had experimented a lot to scribble different visuals on their sketchbooks by following the concepts taught by their art teacher. They also studied how to draw an object from different perspective. Students were free to choose any medium of drawing and painting. \nSome of the main topics of these sessions were: perspective study\, human anatomy\, live sketching\, sculpture study\, etc. \nAll the students had brought sweet memories in their mind as well as sketchbooks. Not only this\, with the end of these art and sketching outdoor sessions 2022\, we saw smiles on the faces of our students. Also\, she prepared a scrap file to present her planning and ideal layouts in a very detailed manner. \nSakshi also performed very well in recently conducted Poster Design Competition 2022. She was in Team C (Golden Angles). Not only this\, she also participated in Rangoli making at institute for Diwali celebration. \nFeedback from our Star of the Month September 2022\n \nHello everyone\, \nMy name is Sakshi Goel and I am currently a part of ADMEC Multimedia Institute as a graphic design student. My diploma program’s name is Graphic Master Plus. It’s a 1 year graphic design course offered by ADMEC Multimedia Institute\, Delhi. \nI feel very overwhelmed to receive this “Star of the month September 2022” award for my design project. I am immensely thankful to the ADMEC Multimedia Institute for organizing these kinds of events to motivate the students to do more better in life and work hard to achieve their goals. \nI would also like to thank my mentor Nishu sir who guided me through every step of my project. DESCRIPTION:Healthy competitions and design events inspire the students to showcase skills\, learn to work with others like a team\, evaluate the outcomes and enhance their overall personality. \nApart from this\, by participating in the design events\, students feel motivated to push them a more. This is what makes them strong enough to establish a successful career after completing their courses. \nPoster Design Competition at ADMEC is a part of events and competitions that take place at ADMEC every month. It conducted on 12th October 2022. \nWe conducted this design competition to evaluating their designing as well as management skills. It was a full day event which started at 10 am and completed at 6 PM. \nOur management department played an amazing role to organize this event successfully. \nMr. Nishu Tomar and Mr. Deepak Bhadauria were the respected mentors for the teams. \nObjective of the Poster Design Competition 2022\nThe main objective for this competition is to offer opportunities to the every student to express their point of views through the poster designs and also enhance their creativeness and their skills. \nIt also give chance to students from several of backgrounds (animation\, graphic\, web\, postproduction\, etc.) to take part in and do the work together as a team. \nTopic for the Poster Design Competition Oct 2022\nThe topic we gave to our students was “Age Fraud in Sports”.  We chose this topic because age fraud in sports has become a serious issue in our country. We can witness age fraud in sports very commonly. Some of the participants fake their age to participate in a particular age criteria in state level or district level competitions with the help of fake age certificates. Even though the committees check all the details thoroughly the fraudsters somehow manage to get selected. Because of her way of presentation\, we selected Gehna for this award. \nWell done Gehna! \nBest Performer of the Competition: Jiya Thakurathi \nAlthough every student shown their skills very well during the competition but Jiya was the star of the event as she designed her team project file with well finishing. This played a big role in the victory of her team too. She stole the show with her beautifully and neatly designed file. He is very sincere towards not only computer classes but also for commercial art sessions which held on weekends under the guidance of Promila mam. \nAs per the feedback from his computer classes mentor Mr. Deepak Bhaduaria; Ravi completes all of his classroom assignments on time. He spends at least 2 to 3 hours daily in the practice lab for enhancing his practical skills. Not only this\, he never skips any workshop being held in the institute. As per the attendance data of students\, Ravi comes among the top 20 regular students who hardly skip any session. \nHis learning habits come as the main reasons which assisted him in completing all of the projects on time. In his Adobe Illustrator project\, he was given brand identity designing campaign on Shop Repair and Laundry Company. There was a visual presentation task given to all 3 teams. Congratulations to both of you. \nLet’s us introduce your all with our stars of the October month 2021 \nNames: Mohit\nCourse: Adobe Creative Cloud Course\nLocation: New Delhi \nIf we talk about Mohit then he is a very hardworking student. He has got this SOM title due to his hard work which can be seen in the projects he has created in October. \nLearning experience of Mohit at ADMEC \nMohit \nHello all\, first of all I’m very thankful to my institute ADMEC and faculty who chosen me for this title. In this learning journey\, I saw a very big change in myself specially the way I started thinking about the designs and videos. I also improved my persistence and learnt a lot from Deepak sir who taught various software applications. My course is Adobe Creative Cloud Master in which I’ve started from designing then I moved into editing and now I’m learning animation. This course is like an umbrella of skills which every creative mind needs to possess. For me\, it is one of the best graphic design training courses in North Delhi. I also learned about the fine arts by attending the classes of Promila mam who is commercial art director at ADMEC Multimedia Institute. \nDuring October month\, I attended Adobe Animate classes from Nishu sir. His teaching is good. \nAll the faculty members at ADMEC are supportive and guided me in all my projects. \nAdobe Animate is mainly 2D animation software in which we can create 2D stories animation and even white board animation. It was so much fun to learn this software. \nI’m happy and will continue to learn and perform in the same way till the end of my course. \nLet’s meet with Kamaldeep Kaur who won the Born to Design title in October month. \nNames: Kamaldeep Kaur\nCourse: Diploma in Textile Design\nLocation: New Delhi \nKamaldeep is our textile design courses student. She is very skilled in fine arts and possesses a very good sense of designing. She got this title due to her exceptional performance in fine arts that she attended under the guidance of Promila mam. She presented the 6 main colors schemes in a very unique form that grabs the eyes of everyone. There is crystal clarity in her work especially when it comes to making balance in different design elements. \nHave a quick glance at the color scheme work done by our textile design course student Kamaldeep. \n \nLet’s take a glance that what Kamaldeep Kaur admires about ADMEC Multimedia Institute \nKamaldeep Kaur \nHi\, I am Kamaldeep Kaur and I am pursuing CAD Textile Design Course in Delhi from ADMEC Multimedia institute. It’s so glad to be awarded with the ‘Born to Design’ title for this October month. I would like to thank all the faculties specially Ravi Sir\, Deepak Sir & Promila Mam for guiding me in the best possible manner and clearing all my doubts related to software applications and other commercial art sessions. \nTill now\, the learning experience has been great at the textile design institute in Delhi. All the teachers and staff are very helpful. \nLastly\, winning this title motivates me to work harder and win more such titles in future also.

SUMMARY:Rangoli Design Competition 2021
DESCRIPTION:Diwali is one of the joyous festivals of Indian traditional culture and in order to celebrate it with a mixture of creativity of designing\, ADMEC Multimedia Institute organizes a Rangoli Design Competition every year a day before the Diwali. All students and staff members participate in it. \nADMEC organizes this competition to bring the taste and happiness of our culture in the mind of modern students\, which teach that how to enjoy our festival with decorative elements like Rangoli. \nWhat is Rangoli?\nRangoli is art in which pattern are form on the floor with different kind like colors\, sand\, flours\, waste materials\, rice\, spices\, stones etc. \nSignificance of Rangoli on the occasion of Diwali\nOur elders say that Rangoli designs attract and welcome Devi Laxmi (goddess of luck and wealth) towards our home. If Hindu household do not contain clean floor and Rangoli then it suffer an abode of darida called bad luck. \nLogic behind it\nRangoli brings calmness and harmony to the visitors’ mind and fill the color of beauty in their eyes whether the visitor is insider or outsider it shows the same effect. \nPurpose of Rangoli design competition\nIt gives chance to the students to show their talent\, creativity\, imagination\, knowledge of colors and skill of designing through the medium of Rangoli. In this competition\, they are free to use their favorite elements\, material and design to draw a masterpiece that show both message and thinking style or a theme decided by judges given to them. \nSecond thing is that in our modern day of living youngsters are forgetting our tradition and culture. We Indians identify in this whole world due to diverse traditions and culture and rituals. If we do not pay attention towards these things\, we will definitely loss our culture and tradition existence. \nTeam Work\nWe all know that after completing our academic learning we all have to interact with the outside world. Also many stages will come in our life where we have to work in team. That’s why we form teams that contain many team members and a leader through which students of our graphic design courses and other CAD architecture interior courses get the chance to learn teamwork and leadership on the same time. \nEven web design courses and web development courses students also participate in this competition. \n3 teams of 30 members was formed to represent their talent: \n\n\n\nTeam A\nTeam B\nTeam C\n\n\nLeader Kamaldeep\nLeader: Jyotsana\nLeader: Bhawna\n\n\nHarsh Saini\nSantosh\nNeha Malik\n\n\nAnkita\nPriyansh Kumar\nTisha\n\n\nSuraj\nNaseeb\nLima Rehman\n\n\nAkshay\nAshwani Swami\nMohit Kapoor\n\n\nAli Haider\nIkra Rehman\nSweety Khatri\n\n\nRohit\nJoydeep Biswas\nPratysh\n\n\nKunal Bisht\nLuv Pandey\nHimanshu\n\n\nMayank Saini\nVedvrat\nMallika\n\n\nSkash\nNitesh\nSagar\n\n\nBhupender\nChanchal\nYogesh\n\n\n\nJudgement Criteria in Rangoli Design Competition 2021\nRangoli designs were judged on the following points: \n\nTeam management by the team leader\nPresence of no of members in the team\nWay of work and discipline\nRangoli design subject and clarity of the topic\nArranged and orderly Rangoli design with neatness\nWay of presentation\nOverall time management\n\nThe main respected judges of this competition were Mr. Ravi Bhadauria (web and UI design advocate)\, Mr. Deepak Bhadauria (animation and post production faculty)\,  Mr. Nishu Tomar (multimedia design faculty)\, and Mrs. Promila (Art and Sketching faculty). \nSeveral questions related to the idea and subject of the Rangoli were asked by each team. \nWe saw a great zeal and excitement in all students who participated in this competition. Events like one give a new energy and work like a booster for all. And at the end\, we also enjoyed the vibes of festival season.  \nResult of Rangoli Design Competition 2021\nWinning Team: Team C\nBest team leader: Jyotsana (Team B) \nDiwali gifts and participation certificates were given to every students. Winning team members got the winning certificates.  \nIt was an amazing event. \nCongratulations to all the participated students!!

They solved all of my questions and guided me to do better. \nIt’s really a huge thing for me to achieve the tag of “Star of the Month” in February month.
