DESCRIPTION:Appreciation motivates participants\, learners\, and students to do better. This principle forms the training methodology of ADMEC Multimedia Institute. Our institute organizes various events and award ceremonies to acknowledge the efforts made by our students. “Star of the Month” awards are part of the same segment to acknowledge the efforts and handwork of our students. As the final month of the year\, December revealed the names of some talented students whose skills and performances were hidden throughout the year.  \nLet’s take a detailed look at the Star of the December Month 2023 award below. \nStar of the December Month 2023\nAll of our faculty members nominated students from different courses based on their overall performance in December. Palak\, Arshdeep\, and Bhawna topped the list. \nAnd the award goes to Arshdeep for her brilliant performance in the Adobe Illustrator project. Arshdeep is pursuing 12 months long graphic design course in Delhi. She created a complete brand identity campaign on the topic of Sanskara\, a company offering a combination of festival and celebration items. Arshdeep planned the designs from the logo\, visiting card\, and poster\, to packaging\, calendar\, etc. She also created mock-ups in Adobe Dimension to add a real 3D touch to the designs. \nHer project file was completely handmade and presented every stage of the planning she took while designing. \nLet’s take a look at some of the designs she made for the brand Sanskara. \n \n  \nReview from Arshdeep – Star of December 2023\nHi\, everyone! I am lucky to receive this award. Throughout the year\, I was waiting to get this title\, and finally\, it’s here. All the teachers and faculty members are amazing\, they always help me with every kind of problem. I am very thankful to my Adobe Illustrator trainer\, Ms. Anuradha Ma’am\, for her guidance and motivation. The last month of the year 2023 brought the very first smile to my face as ADMEC’s star. The one who excelled in both was Krish Kant and thus got the award for August month. \nAbout Krish Kant\nThe entire team of ADMEC Multimedia Institute is proud to present this award to Krish Kant for his outstanding performance throughout the month. So far my overall experience has been positive. I really enjoy learning with the instructors at the academy. All are very experts in their subjects and provide in-depth knowledge of the topic. I’ve particularly benefited from the one-on-one training structure at the institute. Learning environment here is awesome\, recently I participated in Multimedia Quiz competition has Team B member. He is the student of our 15-month long Adobe CC diploma. The next nominated student was Priyal who recently shared her journey on Adobe Illustrator classes. Also\, I found that they are offering commercial art classes to students. Commercial art is really important to learn as it gives designing sense and clarity to fundamentals. I would like to thank my commercial art mentor Promila mam for her mentorship. She taught me an approach to forming design solutions just in a few months of training. It also helped me in my software classes. I really like the training methodology of ADMEC. She is very regular in attending all of her classes. \nLet’s talk more about her project. \nPriyal’s Adobe Photoshop Project on “Avon Cycles”\nUnder the guidance of our senior mentor\, Nishu Sir\, Priyal created a branding project for “Avon Cycles.” Within 10 days she completed her project. This project was a major factor in her winning the Star of the Month title. \nPriyal’s Words on Her Achievement\nHello\, my name is Priyal. I choose a diploma in digital media graphic design at ADMEC because of my interest in graphic design. I really want to work as a graphic designer in future and can feel it happening too. My experience at ADMEC has been amazing! All the teachers give their time to clear doubts of students. They really provide in-depth training. \nI’ve been a part of all events and quizzes at ADMEC. I participated in Multimedia quiz 2024. There was an industrial trip for students that I joined too. Recently\, I attended a Rangoli Design Competition as a member of Team C. From this competition I learned how to work in a team. \nI have also been nominated in September 2024 for star of month award but did not win that award. Then again\, I tried my best in next months. And finally\, I got this opportunity and found myself in nominations for December month and got the title too. \nWinning the Star of the Month title was unexpected for me. I had worked really hard on my Adobe Photoshop skills and participated in commercial art sessions. But all credits go to my mentors (Nishu Sir and Promila Mam) who guided me at each step. DESCRIPTION:We started this year with the SOM award ceremony. Every student who worked harder not only in software but also in commercial art and other activities held at institute\, got the name in the nominations this time. We ended with top 9 nominees from different course streams for Star of January month 2025.  \nNominations for Star of January Month 2025\nOut of 250 students\, we selected the top 9 as best performers of January month. Below is the list of top nominated students for SOM awards: \n\nKaran (Digital Marketing Expert Diploma): He is a top scorer in all SEO tests conducted in January month.\nAjay (Digital Marketing Expert Diploma): For his excellent performance in SEO classes.\nAbhishek (Diploma in Multimedia Designing): He performed excellent in his commercial art classes.\nAnsh (AutoCAD Certificate Program): He created various types of AutoCAD plans under the guidance of Nishu sir.\nAkshay (Architecture Interior Design Diploma): Submitted on architectural drafting projects on time with complete finishing. \nGautam Gothwal (Architecture Interior Design Diploma): Worked very hard on drafting assignments throughout the month.\nShruti (Architecture Interior Design Diploma): She shown lots of dedication in completing the given assignments on drafting.\nYashika (Architecture Interior Design Diploma): Performed very well in her architectural drafting sessions conducted by Nishu sir. \nLeena (Data Science and Analytics Diploma): Leena presented the PowerBI project to Ravi sir with proper insights on given topic. She used all methods of data collection\, visualization\, filtering\, storage\, etc.\n\nWho became the Star of January Month 2025?\nWe got the nice list of nominees. Every nominated student did his best throughout the month. It was not an easy task for us to select a single name from it. Our team of experts checked all students’ projects\, evaluated their approach\, analyzed how much time they spent while practice at the institute’s practice lab and many other parameters.  \nWith a thorough evaluation\, we selected Akshay as the most suitable name for this award. \nAbout Akshay who became SOM January 2025\nAkshay is our architecture interior design courses student. He comes from civil engineering background and now learning highly advanced CAD applications like AutoCAD\, 3Ds Max\, Revit Architecture\, Structure\, Lumion\, etc. His course is of 18 months which also covers drafting classes. \nAkshay attended all the drafting sessions which were conducted by Nishu sir on weekends. He was one of the outstanding students as per the feedback from his educator Mr. Nishu. \nNot only he worked hard on his drafting skills to improve them but also polished his software work. Nishu sir was very impressed with his AutoCAD work. Our institute conducts regular workshops\, outdoor industry visits\, and visual grammar sessions weekly. Out of 9 nominees\, Akshay was the only student who participated in all. His attendance\, humble nature\, learning spirit\, and serious towards his course made him the most deserving name for the title “Star of January Month 2025”. \nHow Akshay is feeling now?\nHello my name is Akshay\, I am from Begumpur which is a small town in New Delhi. I have done 3 years diploma in civil engineering or after that I have joined ADMEC’s 18 months diploma for professional CAD skills. \nSo\, far\, I have learned Photoshop and AutoCAD in my course. I also attended drafting sessions from Nishu sir which were very helpful. \nI’m very happy on becoming star student. It is really a very different feeling. I never thought of getting any award. Thank you\, Nishu sir\, for your support. \nThis institute has so much to explore for students like me who started as beginner. It provides good facilities like good lab computers\, practice space\, small batches\, practice projects\, monthly workshops\, etc. Also\, they conduct site visits like we went to Chawri bazar to see the furniture and material market last month. At ADMEC\, we don’t just teach a few skills rather we build confident personality in students. We do that by recognizing the performance of your students in their respective courses. One of our exciting events the Star of The Month (SOM) is just an example of it. We organize it every month to praise our students for their hard work. In this we focus on both the skills like commercial art\, class activities\, software skills\, etc. This month we had ceremony of Star of the March Month 2025 during the special workshop on Portfolio development by Ravi sir. \nNominations for Star of the March Month 2025\nOut of 167 students\, we have selected the top 7 students as the star performer for this month. We have mentioned the list below of nominated students for SOM March award: \n\nMavis (Graphic Master) – She did a great work in her Illustrator project.  You can check her project on Delightful Fantasy.\nPreeti (Graphic Master) – She was selected on the basis of her commercial art work and good performance in software classes.\nMuskan (Web Premium) – She prepared a beautiful commercial art file and performed well in software skills.\nSaniya (Textile Design Premium – CAD) – Her performance was good in software and she was excellent in commercial art.\nAditi (UI/ UX Design Standard) – She was selected on the basis of her class work performance in Photoshop.\nMamta (CAD Customized) – She performed well in her Revit class and submitted the whole project.\nLeena (Data Analytics Master) – She performed excellent in her class and she is very hardworking.\n\nWho Became the Star of March 2025?\nAfter receiving the final list from all the mentors\, we saw the work or the projects of individual student who got in the nominations for the award. We then analysed their performance on the basis of attendance\, behaviour\, and how much time they spent while practicing in the lab. Our team of experts checked the project of all students\, it was difficult for us to select one student among them. But after a thorough discussion\, we finally made the decision and selected Leena as the most suitable name for this award. \nAbout Leena who became SOM March 2025\nLeena is our Data Analytics Master courses student. She comes from a data analyst background. Leena is already working in the same field and joined this course to learn some advanced skills of data analytics from industry experts. Her course is a complete 8 months long diploma which covers everything from Statistics\, Excel\, PowerBI\, Tableau\, SQL\, Python\, NumPy\, Pandas\, and all essential libraries of Python. \nLeena attended all the classes of her subjects properly and submitted all of her projects on time. She is so cooperative and tries her best to complete all the classroom assignments and practice projects. \nAnother big reason for selecting Leena for this award was her PowerBI project and 3 reports that she worked on in March month. \nRavi sir gave her 3 blogs to write with proper data analysis and she submitted all of them on time. It’s not like she used ChatGPT to complete her work instead she submitted 100% human written reports with no AI content. \nApart from her class performance\, she also gave her best in academics. She scored above 70% in every subject and managed her job at the same time. You can check her project on Save Bird.\n\nWho Became the Star of April 2025?\nAfter receiving the final list we held a meeting with our faculty. In the meeting we check the work of the students who are in the nominations of SOM. We checked their overall status like their attendance\, their class performance\, how much time they spent while practicing in the lab. Our team of experts checked the projects of all the students. It was difficult for us to finalize one student as all students did a great job. But after the discussion we finally decided and selected Priyal as the most suitable name for this award. \nAbout Priyal who became SOM March 2025\nPriyal is our Graphic Master Plus Courses student. She comes from a graphic designing field. Priyal joined this course to enhance her skills and to build a career in this field. She became SOM for the second time in her course and achieving the same award for the second time isn’t easy. Earlier she became Star of December in 2024. \n \nRavi Sir giving SOM Award to Priyal \nShe is a very punctual student and comes regularly to her classes and attends them on time. Priyal might have taken some sessions online but never missed any class. \nShe completed her SketchBook project on time and has a never give up attitude. Priyal is so sweet and never refuses to help others\, she is also a quick learner and accepts her mistakes too. \nShe made all her digital paintings using a Pen tablet which was not easy to do for the first time. But she performed so well and created beautiful paintings. It was difficult to directly switch on a new tool when you are habitual to mouse. I’m feeling so warmed to receive this SOM award for my sketchbook project. \nThe sketchbook project was a great experience for me. I never tried digital art before but these classes taught me everything to create digital paintings. Learning digital painting added a new skill-set to me. \nThis award gave me the confidence to continue making creative art and learn more. \nI would like to thank Anuradha mam who was my mentor in Sketchbook training. She always motivated me to do better. He worked very hard on the assigned project by Deepak Sir. \nOne of the best parts of his Adobe Illustrator project on Tour & Travel was the finishing and quality of the designs. He maintained a very good resolution level and captured the attention of every mentor during his presentation of the project. \nThough other students also performed very well in their presentation but Sumit showed it confidently and efficiently. \nAs a student of our video editing courses\, Sumit is learning things quickly. Keep it. \nWords from Sumit Wallia\nHello\, I’m Sumit. My course is Post Production Master. It covers many things like photo editing\, graphic designing\, video and sound editing\, and 2D and 3D motion graphics. I joined the institute just a few months ago. Illustrator is my first application\, and I can’t believe that I got this award at the beginning of my learning journey at ADMEC. I’m very happy about this. \nI want to thank Deepak Sir for his guidance. He taught me all the tools and an approach to use Illustrator for the media industry. Illustrator is really a superb application. I really enjoy my classes with not only Deepak sir but also with Promila mam. She takes my visual grammar and commercial art sessions. I got to learn a lot from my mentor. \nI also got the chance to learn about the role and usage of AI in the current world in the recent workshop by Ravi Sir. AI is really a big helper for us. I learned two applications and commercial art concepts so far and learning Premiere Pro now from Deepak Bhadauria sir. Digital paintings\, illustrations\, brand identity designs\, architecture models and commercial artworks\, there were so much to analyze from our talented learners.  \nIt was indeed a tough job to select one student among the 16 nominated performers. But with hours of performance analysis\, our team of experts have selected Preeti our graphic design master course student for this title of SOM.  \nWinner of Star of August 2025 is Preeti Bahndari \nThis award goes to Preeti Bhandari for her brand identity campaign of SERAVIVE that she made in his course under the guidance of Nishu sir. Her campaign shows a simple and aesthetic design presentation. She made around 30-35 designs under it that include visiting card\, poster\, banner\, merchandise\, social media post\, packaging\, etc.   \nAdditionally\, Preeti performed very well in her digital painting classes in the same month. You can check Preeti’s digital painting work too.   \nOne of her best qualities is positive mindset. She never quit doing any challenging task\, spends maximum time at our practice lab\, and remains 100% present in all the sessions.   \nRecently\, she participated in digital painting competition 2025 as well and got 3rd rank too.   \nThe entire team of ADMEC Multimedia Institute congratulates Preeti for this achievement and gives good wishes for her future.  \nKnow what Preeti Bhandari wants to say on her SOM award \nHello everyone\, my name is Preeti Bhandari and I am a student of ADMEC Multimedia Institute currently pursuing Graphic Master. The competition was held inside our campus of ADMEC Multimedia Institute.  \nBefore announcing the name of the winner\, let’s first check the names of the nominated students as they all deserved appreciation. \nNominated students for Star of September Award 2025\nOut of 236 students\, we selected 8 names to finalize the awardee. \n\nAditi for her UX Design assignments\nAnjali for Commercial Art work\nMD Sahil for Commercial Art assignments\nRam Jagidar for Adobe Photoshop project\nSonu for Adobe After Effects assignments\nPriyal for Adobe After Effects work\nSaniya for Adobe Photoshop\nArundhati for Adobe Illustrator project\n\nThe best part of this nomination list is that we have many good online students who performed exceptionally well throughout the month. They stood out as strong contenders for the Star award. Aditi\, Arundati and Ram Jagidar are the top online students from nominees list. So\, it clearly indicates that the September month awardee is an online student. \nAnd Our Star of September Month 2025 is Ram Jagidar!\nRam is our online post production course student who lives in Noida and attends sessions online regularly. I have been pursuing the Post Production Premium course for the past 3 months from the ADMEC Multimedia Institute. My course covers graphic design\, video editing\, motion graphics and compositing. \nI’m an online student\, and my mentor is Deepak Bhadauria sir. I must say that he has great knowledge and depth in all the software. Deepak sir not only teaches software but he also provides a vast variety of knowledge. His explanation always helps me to perform better with my ideas. \nUnder Deepak sir’s guidance\, I have created my Photoshop project on branding\, due to which I got my names listed among the other Stars of the Month at the ADMEC Multimedia Institute. This day was very special for the whole ADMEC team as we organized our annual award ceremony and honored the top outstanding students who performed excellently throughout the year. \nThe Star of December Month 2025 is not awarded to an individual student; rather\, we have two awardees for this title this time.\nBefore we announce the names of our stars of December\, let’s first have a look at the names of all nominated students who competed with each other. \nNominated Students for the Star of December Award 2025\n\nAnushka Sharma for the Illustrator project on TVARIKA\nDeepak Tiwari for showcasing an excellent After Effects project\nSyed Zahid Ahmed for his motion graphics project\nSakina Vanak for Housing_analysis_EDA project in Python\nVarun for his Commercial Art work\nRahul Bhaluni for manual art assignments\n\nStar of December Month 2025 Winners\nIt’s time to meet our stars and know what makes them different from other nominees. \nThe Award goes to Anushka Sharma & Zahid!\nStars of November and December 2025: From Right Zahid\, Anuksha\, and Akash\nThis is the first time in 2025 that we have awarded two students for the SOM. Both Zahid and Anushka showed impressive performance in their respective software applications. Let’s know about them one by one. \nStar Student – Anushka Sharma\nAnushka Sharma is our Graphic Master Plus diploma student who joined the training at the beginning of 2025. She has successfully completed all of her course modules\, and Illustrator was her last application. She got a 2-week project in her Illustrator batch from Nishu sir. Her brand type was skin care\, and she selected TVARIKA as her brand name. She created a complete brand identity campaign for this skin care brand\, TVARIKA. Not only did she complete it beautifully\, but she also submitted it on time. \nHave a look at her Illustrator Project on TVARIKA. \nStar Student – Syed Zahid Ahmed\nAnother star student is Zahid\, who is studying video editing and motion graphics under one of our post production courses. Zahid is from Odisha and came to Delhi to join ADMEC for his training. \nHe learned Illustrator\, Photoshop\, Premiere Pro\, and After Effects\, and made projects in all of these applications. But his After Effects assignments are no doubt the most improved ones among all of his other projects. \nHe portrayed smooth design and motion graphics skills in his recently completed project on motion graphics in After Effects. Another special quality of Zahid is his calm nature. He listens to his mentors very carefully and tries to implement their teachings in his work.\nBoth of the students showed their exceptional efforts and thus deserve to be the stars of December month 2025. \nWhy Two Stars This Month?\nTraditionally\, ADMEC selects one student every month for this recognition. However\, in December work\, the quality submitted by the best performers\, Anushka\, Zahid\, is equally impactful. Thus\, it wasn’t easy to select one out of them. Thus\, our instructors chose to honor them both with the SOM award. \nA Few Words from the Stars of December\nAnushka Sharma says:\nI am truly very happy to receive the SOM title and would like to thank Ravi sir for selecting me for this award. Thank you\, everyone\, for adding this special moment in my learning journey. My Illustrator project on TVARIKA will always remain exceptional for me\, as I learned a lot while working on it. Some are more into completing their courses and other focus on learning new things\, enhancing creativity with continuous improvement in their skills. \nBy conducting Star of the Month award\, we set a competitive spirit among our students which pushes them to take their classes seriously and achieve small but impactful titles like SOM. \nOur goal is not just to educate learners but also transform them into confident professionals who are actually ready to face the real-world challenges. \nAlso\, it becomes important to embrace students who consistently put extra effort\, challenge themselves\, and also set an inspiring example for other students. Take a look at all of Vani’s wonderful work that he did in both commercial art and software classes. \nDeveloping Strong Skills in Commercial Art\nVani is about to start her training in UI UX design by learning Figma and XD and her performance in Photoshop classes already made a good start for her. \nKnow What Vani Wants to Say on Getting SOM March Award\nHi everyone\, my name is Vani\, and I have joined one of the courses in UI UX design at ADMEC Multimedia Institute in Delhi. My course is of 12 months and it is covering Photoshop in first module. I’ve learned Photoshop with Ruchika who was my batchmate and my trainer was Anuradha ma’am. She is very sweet and professional. My mentor Ms. Anuradha conducted around 15 sessions in which she taught me important design and editing tools plus I learned about creating a full digital media campaign. \nWith the end of my classes\, ma’am assigned me two weeks long project and gave me an imagery cosmetic brand to create brand identity campaign for. I’ve selected Eleganca as my brand name as it is related to elegant. Thanks to my commercial art training\, I could decide which colors and typeface would go best with my brand. I drawn various sketches of logos\, designed different type of layouts from posters to social media ad and also prepared mockups with merchandises in this project. This project gave me an actual view of industry and gave me this SOM title as well. I’m really happy to receive this award. DESCRIPTION:March was indeed a spectacular month as it brought us a record-breaking number of SOM nominees. They evaluated everyone on concepts\, creativity\, software\, tools\, project quality\, and overall dedication to learning. \nIndeed\, competition was tough and we are proud of our students for bringing out an absolute A -game. Thus\, the projects were tough to judge and the entire evaluation was really inspiring. Finally\, the eyes of experts fallen on the UX case studies presented by one of our UI/UX Design courses students. He truly stole the spotlight with his outstanding overall performance and positive attitude. \nMeet our Star of the Month for April 2026 Abhishek Kumar who is our UI/UX Design Master course student. Huge congratulations\, Abhishek! Your hard work and constant efforts are a true inspiration to every single student here at ADMEC. Keep shining! \nMeet Our SOM April 2026- Abhishek Kumar\nAbout Our Star Abhishek Kumar \nAbhishek Kumar is not our new student as he already done graphic design training a few years back and now he is into UI UX design classes.  \nThere isn’t any change in his learning approach. He is still dedicated and passionate towards his learning program. As a student in our UI/UX Design Master course\, he consistently works very hard to understand the user experience concepts and creates modern user interfaces under experts’ guidance. \nHe stays up-to-date with modern design trends by attending every special workshop at the institute. Abhishek is active in his commercial art sessions as well. He participates in all activities from outdoor visits to competitions like Mega Design Competition.  \nSpecific to software performance\, he is constantly learning new applications like Adobe XD\, Illustrator\, Figma\, etc. He is working on user research\, creating wireframes and interface designs along with stunning prototypes. We observed that he pays a very close attention to every detail in detail and this is something which will help him grow a lot in future. \nOur UX design expert Ravi Sir recommended his name for April Nominations as he found him sincere in completing all assigned projects on time. That is the reason Ravi sir provided him with a live interaction with Badminton academy sport players to complete user research part of his ongoing project on sports app. Abhishek is always confident to accept any challenge in projects and maintain a positive mindset.
