DESCRIPTION:Appreciation motivates participants\, learners\, and students to do better. This principle forms the training methodology of ADMEC Multimedia Institute. Our institute organizes various events and award ceremonies to acknowledge the efforts made by our students. “Star of the Month” awards are part of the same segment to acknowledge the efforts and handwork of our students. As the final month of the year\, December revealed the names of some talented students whose skills and performances were hidden throughout the year.  \nLet’s take a detailed look at the Star of the December Month 2023 award below. \nStar of the December Month 2023\nAll of our faculty members nominated students from different courses based on their overall performance in December. Palak\, Arshdeep\, and Bhawna topped the list. \nAnd the award goes to Arshdeep for her brilliant performance in the Adobe Illustrator project. Arshdeep is pursuing 12 months long graphic design course in Delhi. She created a complete brand identity campaign on the topic of Sanskara\, a company offering a combination of festival and celebration items. Arshdeep planned the designs from the logo\, visiting card\, and poster\, to packaging\, calendar\, etc. She also created mock-ups in Adobe Dimension to add a real 3D touch to the designs. \nHer project file was completely handmade and presented every stage of the planning she took while designing. \nLet’s take a look at some of the designs she made for the brand Sanskara. \n \n  \nReview from Arshdeep – Star of December 2023\nHi\, everyone! I am lucky to receive this award. Throughout the year\, I was waiting to get this title\, and finally\, it’s here. All the teachers and faculty members are amazing\, they always help me with every kind of problem. I am very thankful to my Adobe Illustrator trainer\, Ms. Anuradha Ma’am\, for her guidance and motivation. The last month of the year 2023 brought the very first smile to my face as ADMEC’s star. Thanks again! \n  \nWatch Arshdeep’s video to learn more about her journey \n \n\nHow to be Star of the Month at ADMEC Multimedia?\nTo earn the title of Star of the Month at ADMEC Multimedia\, it is important to meet the following criteria:  \n\n100% attendance in classes.\nRegular submission of classroom assignments.\nWell-behavior with instructors\, staff members\, and other students.\nMaintenance of discipline and obeying the rules of the practice lab (wearing the student ID card all the time\, no phone calls inside the lab\, no eating\, drinking\, talking\, sitting idle\, etc.)\n100% attendance in commercial art classes and submission of artwork on time.\nActive participation in design competitions\, outdoor sessions\, quizzes\, industrial visits\, workshops\, etc.\n\nStudents who meet these criteria definitely become deserving nominees for Star of the Month.
