As a leading institute in digital media training, ADMEC takes pride in making their student well versed in both theoretical and practical aspects. For us, overall development of students has always been our top priority. While making them industry ready we also take care of the fact that they remain grounded in the world of digital technology.
ADMEC has always believed that skill enhancement activities are equally important for creative growth and development of mind of the individual. The industries in which we provide training demands a lot of extensive exercise of mind and creativity from its learners.
To enhance creative potential, it is necessary for everyone to take a viable amount of break to charge themselves up and this time, we thought of providing a necessary break to our students by planning a trip to Pratapgarh Farms for them.
An Enticing day at Pratapgarh Farms
“It is better to see something once than to hear about it a thousand times”
Pratapgarh farms is situated in the heart of Haryana around 50-60km from Delhi. This farm is recognized by the Haryana government and its ministry of tourism. This is one of the best places to visit nearby Delhi/NCR for one-day trip.
Every trip has its best memorable part but this trip was full of exquisite moments from jumping into the bus till arriving back to home. We started our day with full energy and excitement, students and staff were on time, even the traveler bus arrived on time, which was actually impressive. We managed to reach there on time along with the whole hustle-bustle yet interesting road journey full of conversation, antakshari, roadside photography etc.
Pratapgarh farms has a well-maintained system for everything starting from entrance, food, activities, rides and dance. At the entrance, all the students and staff were welcomed with the “Chandan tikka” and “bhangra”. The place presented the beauty, rich culture, games, tradition, village moments, healthy food and heritage.
This place is not only having a traditional getaway but also have a picturesque eco-tourism with widespread green fields, variety of flowers, animals and giant yet beautiful birds etc. This place has a lot to present to every age group. We could see children, adults and elders enjoying and living the moments together.
Every little activity was so fascinating like pottery making, puppet show, bullock cart that is a big part of Indian village culture though we know a huge population of our country still belongs to villages thus the culture.
Students were so excited to go through fields and running through the little passage they reached to fill their stomach very first. The facility was literally speechless as they managed regular but good snacks for everyone and for people who were having fast during Navaratras.
After breakfasts, we were all set to cover every point, every activity, and planned to rock the dance floor. We started with the camel ride followed by camel-cart, bullock-cart and the ecstasy of the photography was so high that everyone had captured every moment.
The highlights of that place are:
Snacks like Jalebi, dahi, pakodas, aalu paratha, tea followed by lunch with Lassi, rice, noodles, rajma chawal, Special spots with makke ki roti and sarso saag, bajra roti, Nursery full of flowers and tractor to give a ride, Mud bath, trampoline, Pottery making, charkha women, Puppet show with cultural singing, cricket, table tennis, badminton etc. Students carried extra pair of clothes for tube-well bath. Faculties and students enjoyed the hustle of tug-of-war. Many more things to describe yet.
This place was an actual fun and you can only enjoy it in group. ADMEC carried its own bunch and we enjoyed a lot. The place was bustling but that is the reason of real fun.
