From the childhood only, we all were thought one thing and that is GOD IS ONE. The message of almighty is all the same. No matter to whom you worship or in front of whom you confess or pray. God is same and his message too. Fighting with our fellow humans on the name of religion is equally like disrespecting God. Religion is spilling out of the confines of the holy places like churches, mosques and temples into the Web.
According to a new study and research done by Penn State University (PSU), the researcher has examined that how people use different search engines to locate religious information online.
There are many popular search engines that offer you a great experience of searching information. On the top in the list we have Google. But it’s not the end; there are many other search engines also.
If we take a rough idea than approximately 5.5 millions searches had been analyze from three popular web search engines in the middle of the time period between 1997 and 2005 leading to the investigate attributes of such religious searching. The religious landscape within the US territories has been described as increasingly secularized and factionalized.
We came to know from our results that the people who search for these kinds of religious topics were just as tactically skilled as the general web population. Then with the laps of time, there was a general increase in religious searching over time. And there are several valid reasons also for this increased searching. The increase in the craze and popularity of internet is the man source. Now day’s internet is the main source of information whether you have to make your college project or prepare for your official presentation. Its must to sit on internet as this World Wide Web had made this world a global village.
The reason behind this may be the advancement in the area of technology. As when technology has increased it will open the new doors of opportunities to the world and also make available many different features that can help to increase and fasten the searching things. But this just can not be the only reason behind this. A change in the web population and increased availability of religious content online can also be reason for this.
We, humans learn must learn to understand that the supreme ultimate power i.e. God is with all of us and if we are getting information and knowledge to know him and our religion then its very good but if we thing something bad or something from evil’s garden then it will be a stigma on the name of society and religion too.
